Realize (and always remember) that you can't hide from God, He can see you, so can your guardian angel. One has to forget God exists to self abuse themselves, it's a kin to doing it in front of your parents, while thinking you are invisible.

I don't like the use of the word "m", Catholics should use language that can be spoken around anyone (mixed company, younger men, children), use impure touching, abuse oneself. Another example, Sodomites are impure men.
