I'm sure your anti-jab stance played a part as well. It seems to me there would be discipline before a firing.
Well, that's the thing about it. I told my boss three weeks ago what I did and she didn't really bat an eye at it she thought the magnet (it said "Satan loves me") was stupid. I warned her it was reported to HR, but I didn't even get to tell much of my side at all. I had a perfect record, no discipline, was a good employee. It had to be a factor since they have it on record that I request religious exemptions from mandatory jabs.
We did a very prompt, informal meeting this evening where I was asked some questions to get "my side" only as a formality before she said I was being terminated. Given her reaction, I know she was really tore up about it, so clearly this came from higher ups and HR goys to just cut me loose. It was over in two minutes and I'm packing my stuff and out the door.
