Fr Elias is based in Wales. He was conditionally ordained by the late Bp Williamson, before that he was a parish priest in the UK. He is an independent traditional priest. He does not affiliate himself with any resistance group though is friends with Sr Irene in Cork, Ireland and says occasional masses in Ireland. I know all this through a friend who is in Wales and met him.
