According to His Excellency's information, there WILL be 2 co-consecrators from the SSPX.

Ah, yes, but it's just another step.  What would be wrong with having one of the SSPX bishops consecrate and then having Huonder co-consecrate?  There's a huge amount of symbolism in that if you ask me.  I could lay out how it strikes my mind, but I'll leave it open for others to comment?

Cardinal Stickler did most of the ordinations for the ICK (in the old Rite) until he died, and he was consecrated in the old Rite.

Incorrect.  Stickler was consecrated in 1983 ... with the New Rite of consecration.

The question is: when will the de-facto deal be accomplished, after which time the SSPX is functionally equal to the FSSP? We're almost there already, present-tense.

Rhetorical question:

Does anyone imagine the Vatican would (or could) approve episcopal consecrations for communities not in "full communion" with Rome?

If not, and they are rendering their tacit approval of these consecrations, then it follows that...

Oh?  Thank you for the correction!  I had been under the wrong impression!  Hmm...  I have corrected my post above.  Thanks!

Easy mistake to make, since he was so old (73) when he was consecrated.
