That guy doesn’t look healthy at all and looks older than I bet he actually is.
Sugar is addictive and the individual in the video, like any other addict, will promote his addiction to justify it.

Further, and this is backed up with many meta studies, lack of healthy animal fats affects brain performance. You’ll get first hand proof of that with a forthcoming comment from a soon to be posted comment I’m certain(protecting the name of the forthcoming guilty party out of charity)

Your high dietary fat has limited your cognitive realm, hence, your ad hominem fallacies. Sugar is not addictive which is why you can't even post a citation to back your claim because it doesn't exist.

but the carnivore diet is a quick way to get lean.
Not a sure way to stay lean and healthy. In fact, it's a guaranteed way to not stay lean.
What's your body fat %? Answer the question.

It looks like he does endurance sports like cycling. So of course he'd be promoting high carbs/sugars. And if you look at his oldest videos, he looks different so I'd say yeah, the sugar/vegan has aged him.
He has hardly ridden his bike and he hasn't run much the past four plus years due to injury. His STRAVA proves it. So your argument is refuted, and the High Carb - Low Fat diet is further proven to be the healthiest diet for anyone and the best way to stay lean.
