  • The member "romantheology" has been banned for apparent slander, trolling, and/or not making any sense.

He wrote a PM to me this morning, which hurt my head when I tried to read it. It made so little sense it was disturbing.

The random post he made against Bp. Pivarunas, combined with the aforementioned PM, made me realize that I'm dealing with a person who might not be in full possession of his faculties. Seriously, he might be on some kind of prescription drugs which are affecting his mind. It's a fact that a huge percentage of Americans are on such drugs, prescribed for an increasing number of reasons.

Or, if he DOES have full use of his reason, etc. then he's engaging in malicious slander and/or trolling.

Either way -- romantheology is not the kind of person I want contributing to this forum!

  • Thanks for banning him/her, Matthew. I think it was RescuedByMary on another account. I can't be certain, but I have a hunch that's who romantheology was.
Please ignore ALL of my posts. I was naive during my time posting on this forum and didn’t know any better. I retract and deeply regret any and all uncharitable or erroneous statements I ever made here.

  • Hey Matt- if you were really concerned about your reputation points, you could just keep banning people! Lol - I'm joking of course.

Thanks for banning him! Its already starting to feel, 'normal' here

Hahaha -- of course, I'd have to ban grossly unpopular people for it to benefit my reputation score. I think we're getting close to fresh out of those.

If I banned Raoul, for example, I might suffer a net loss.

Just because you don't like Raoul very much doesn't mean others don't. There's a reason he has the third highest reputation score on CatholicInfo.

  • I have been banned before and the world kept spinning.  Nice of you to say though, Matthew.
Readers: Please IGNORE all my postings here. I was a recent convert and fell into errors, even heresy for which hopefully my ignorance excuses. These include rejecting the "rhythm method," rejecting the idea of "implicit faith," and being brieflfy quasi-Jansenist. I also posted occasions of sins and links to occasions of sin, not understanding the concept much at the time, so do not follow my links.
