See, here's the thing. I know for a fact that my source (a higly credible and well-respected invidual) informed Bishop Roy directly, and even the intial response from Bishop Roy I found to be nothing short of stunning, but the fact that even after that he shows no signs of backing out ... this must be stopped, and if it's only by publicly bringing forth this information, then it's too late and Bishop Roy must be treated as if he had gone ahead with them, competely discredited and, in an informal sense obvious, "vitandus".
