That only applies to the unbaptized.  We are talking about baptized heretics and schismatics.  Baptism of Desire does not apply to those who have received water baptism as all Orthodox have.  They only apply to those who cannot receive water baptism through no fault of their own.  They may be admitted to the Beatific Vision provided the person has received sanctifying grace through an act of perfect contrition or pure love of God.  This cannot apply to infants.

Baptism of Blood (martyrdom for Christ) applies to an person who has not received water baptism but nonetheless has willingly sacrificed life in defense of the Faith or some Christian virtue (chastity for example).

Neither of these conditions can ever apply to a baptized person who is outside the Catholic Church without conversion.  Conversion is required.  Even at the moment of death it is possible for conversion but it is required.

I don't see the purpose in Brother Nathanael being a fraud. Why would he make known what the Jews are trying to do if he were just a Jew in disguise? I'm with you on this, Infinite.  If this is a hidden Jєωιѕн strategy on the part of Bro. Nathanael, then I fail to see what end it has in view.  Is the brother calling the cops on himself?  To tell you the truth, I am more suspicious of Glaston's motives at this point than I am of Bro. Nathanael's.  Glaston's contributions are disjointed and practically unintelligible, IMO.  They are full of puzzling phrases, esoteric meanderings, and strange anecdotal allusions.  I just don't understand him at all.
On the other hand, I understand Bro. Kapner quite well.  I don't share his Orthodox Faith, certainly, anyway, as it touches the papacy and the filioque.  But the renewed spiritual awareness in Russia, and Putin's efforts to renew Russian Orthodoxy as the very soul of his country has got to impress us all on some level.  By contrast, here in the West we labor under the heavy oppressive yoke of Godless judaism, and have, morally speaking, just about hit rock bottom.  The only thing I see Russia needing is a final and conclusive dose of papal Consecration-to-the-Immaculate-Heart-of-Mary.  She will then become like a lone star of great magnitude, shining star in a universe of brown and black dwarfs.
