The Deep State is about to pull a last gasp attempt to overthrow President Trump.

Remember the age of St. Constantine. He was able to set the Christians free from the horrific yoke of the Roman and Jєωιѕн conspirators who tried to kill all Christians. St. Constantine delayed his Baptism so that he could lead the forces of Truth (in this Sign Conquer) to kill the conspiratorial Deep State of his time. His mom, St. Helen, worked behind the scenes to help the beleaguered Christian attain victory. He did not want to stain his Baptismal robe with blood. Thus he waited until he was on his deathbed for the waters of Holy Baptism to cleanse him of all sin.

Are we not in a similar condition today? Melania is a Catholic. Pray that she will faithfully guide President Trump  to make the right decisions and set us free from the anti-Christian seditious and treasonous Deep State.

Several others Patriots, especially Sean Hannity, Sara Carter, and John Solomon of Fox News are saying that the reason why the mass arrests have not yet happened is because the Democrats have not allowed the U.S. Senate to fill all the judiciary appointments.

WHEN the federal judiciary appointments are filled with constitutional judges who will uphold the law, then all those treasonous Deep State criminals who have violated federals laws against RICO, ѕєdιтισn, treason, the Logan Act, etc., and who have been arrested will NOT be able to be acquitted and set free. If these state criminals are prematurely brought to trial, then they will be acquitted by liberal judges and juries, given back their old jobs with back pay, and then we will be in the same mess as before.

Thus, the White Hats (Patriots) are waiting until all the judiciary vacancies are filled with Patriots who will do their jobs to uphold the U.S. Constitution and the U.S. Federal Laws. This must happen before the arrests can take place. Others have been saying that certain individuals have already been arrested, are freed on bail, and are awaiting their trials.

Furthermore, President Trump has at least two more Supreme Court Appointments waiting.

Remember that Obama was an illegitimate President. He was illegally elected using the votes of illegal migrants in a rigged federal election, and his Hawaiian birth certificate is false. He even admitted that he was born in Kenya. Furthermore, the Kenyan government even boasted that President Obama was one of their own, a native Kenyan citizen. Therefore, his two appointments to the U.S. Supreme Court are invalid. Hence, Kagan and Sotomeyer will have to go.

Ginsburg who is on ICE (either in a morgue or on the chemo agent called ICE) will also need to be replaced. Three new conservative justices will be able to handle all illegitimate and frivolous appeals from these Deep State criminals. In addition, Roberts has been shown to be compromised through continual Deep State blackmail. Remember that Operation Hammer in use by the CIA has been eavesdropping on all our politicians to gather dirt so that these politician can be blackmailed, compromised, and then serve as Deep State pawns. Once Roberts is freed from those in the Deep State who have been blackmailing him, he should be able to turn around, flip to the side of True Patriots, and then implicate those who have been blackmailing him. If he does not, then Roberts could be forced to resign by a Senate investigation.

By the way, remember those letters handed out to certain Deep State players at the George H.W. Bush funeral? What did those letters say? Why all the deep sad faces?  What happened with the son, George Bush? We have not heard a peep from him. Could he already be on ICE (in the morgue) or is he awaiting trial at GITMO?

Prosecutors From The United States, Colombia and Mexico Strengthen Their Commitment to Dismantling Transnational Criminal Organizations

On June 12 to 14, in Cartagena, Colombia, prosecutors from Colombia, Mexico, and the United States came together for the second Transnational Criminal Organizations (TCO) Working Group.  The mission of the Working Group is to engage in specialized training and to develop joint strategies and best practices to dismantle the transnational criminal organizations that threaten the three nations.

During the Working Group, experienced prosecutors from the three nations benefited from trainings on international judicial cooperation and money laundering, and began developing a road map for the development or dissemination of best practices and effective strategies to dismantle these dangerous enterprises.  This effort is all the more critical given the increasing interconnectedness between Mexican cartels and Colombian drug trafficking organizations, which collaborate to improve their profits and ability to traffic narcotics, humans, weapons and other contraband into the United States, threatening its national security.

The TCO Working Group is a direct outgrowth of Presidential Executive Order 13773 – Enforcing Federal Law with Respect to Transnational Criminal Organizations and Preventing International Trafficking – which recognized the threat that transnational criminal organizations, including transnational drug cartels, pose to the national security of the United States.  In the Executive Order, President Trump prioritized the need to increase cooperation and information sharing with foreign counterparts, and to enhance their operational capabilities via increased security sector assistance, all with the goal of dismantling TCO.  Since the 2017 Executive Order was issued, the President has continually reiterated the need to immediately attack the ability of these organizations to traffic narcotics and other criminality into the United States.
The U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Overseas Prosecutorial Development, Assistance and Training (OPDAT), which is housed under the Department’s Criminal Division, seized on the momentum from the Dec. 6 to 7, 2017 “Trilateral Summit Against Transnational Organized Crime,” to spearhead the TCO Working Group.  The Attorneys General from the United States, Mexico and Colombia converged at the Trilateral Summit to strengthen their commitment to international judicial cooperation and to reinforce joint strategies to dismantle transnational organized crime, such as narcotics trafficking, money laundering, and public corruption.  Via a Joint Declaration, the three Attorneys General called on their respective institutions to increase the exchange of best practices to effectively dismantle TCO and to develop joint capacity building and training programs for those charged with investigating and prosecuting TCO.  With this clear mandate, OPDAT Colombia and OPDAT Mexico sponsored the first TCO Working Group in August 2018 in Mexico City, Mexico.

Participating in the TCO Working Group meeting was U.S. Attorney Maria Chapa Lopez for the Middle District of Florida; representatives of the Fiscalía General de la Nación (FGN) of Colombia including Claudia Carrasquilla, head of the National Organized Crime Unit and Ricardo Carriazo, head of the National Drug Trafficking Unit of FGN; representatives of the Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) of Mexico, OPDAT Resident Legal Advisors (RLAs) in Colombia and México and Assistant U.S. Attorneys from the federal districts of Arizona, Southern District of California, Middle District of Florida, Southern District of Florida, Northern District of Georgia, District of New Jersey, District of New Mexico, Eastern District of Texas, Southern District of Texas, Western District of Texas and District of Utah; trial attorneys from the Criminal Division’s Money Laundering and Asset Recovery Section and representatives from the Criminal Division’s International Criminal Investigative Training and Assistance Program (ICITAP); the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA); U.S. Customs and Border Protection; U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Colombian National Police.

“Global cooperation is the key to mitigating threats to our national security and thwarting borderless crimes,” said U.S. Attorney Maria Chapa Lopez for the Middle District of Florida. “The OPDAT Program continues to provide us, and our international partners, with the vital tools, information, and resolve necessary to defeat criminals, wherever they operate.”

Owners of Los Angeles Home Health Agency Sentenced to Prison for Role in Health Care Fraud that Defrauded Medicare

Two owners and operators of a Los Angeles, California, home health agency were sentenced to 120 and 78 months in prison yesterday for their roles in a scheme to bill Medicare for various items and services, including home health services, diagnostic testing, medical procedures and durable medical equipment that were not medically necessary and/or were not provided.

Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division, U.S. Attorney Nicola T. Hanna of the Central District of California, Special Agent in Charge Christian J. Schrank of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General’s (HHS-OIG) Los Angeles Regional Office, Assistant Director in Charge Paul D. Delacourt of the FBI’s Los Angeles Division and Special Agent in Charge Ryan Korner of the IRS Criminal Investigations’ (IRS-CI) Los Angeles Field Office made the announcement.

Angela Avetisyan, 43, of Glendale, California, was sentenced to 120 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Otis D. Wright II of the Central District of California, who also ordered Avetisyan to pay $4,283,674 in restitution and to forfeit all right, title, and interest in $172,000 seized by the government in May 2014, as well as six real properties purchased with fraud proceeds.  The Court ordered Avetisyan to make an immediate partial restitution payment of $10,000.

Ashot Minasyan, 61, of North Hollywood, California, was sentenced to 78 months in prison by Judge Wright, who also ordered Minasyan to pay $4,283,674 in restitution and to forfeit all right, title, and interest in the same $172,000 and six real properties.  The Court ordered Minasyan to make an immediate partial restitution payment of $100,000.

Avetisyan and Minasyan were charged along with Robert Glazer, 73, and Marina Merino, 62, both of Los Angeles, in a second superseding indictment returned in June 2015.  On June 7, 2019, co-defendants Glazer and Merino were found guilty after a seven day trial of conspiracy to commit health care fraud and health care fraud.

Avetisyan and Minasyan each pleaded guilty on Oct. 9, 2018, to one count of conspiracy to commit health care fraud.  As part of their guilty pleas, Avetisyan and Minasyan admitted that as co-owners and operators of Fifth Avenue Home Health (Fifth Avenue), a home health agency located in Los Angeles, they engaged in a conspiracy with Glazer, Merino and others to recruit Medicare patients to Glazer’s clinic so that Glazer could use those patients’ information to bill for medically unnecessary outpatient clinic services and refer those patients for medically unnecessary home health services from Fifth Avenue and other home health agencies.  Avetisyan and Minasyan further admitted that they paid Merino and other patient recruiters illegal kickbacks to bring Medicare patients to the Glazer clinic.

As found at sentencing by the Court, Avetisyan and Minasyan, along with their co-conspirators, submitted and caused to be submitted false and fraudulent claims for home health services that were medically unnecessary, for services that were not provided and for claims obtained by the payment of illegal kickbacks.
 
This case was investigated by the HHS-OIG, the FBI and IRS-CI.  Trial Attorneys Claire Yan, Robyn N. Pullio and Emily Z. Culbertson of the Criminal Division’s Fraud Section are prosecuting the case.  The Asset Forfeiture Section of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California is handling the asset forfeiture aspects of the case.

The Fraud Section leads the Medicare Strike Force, which is part of a joint initiative between the Department of Justice and HHS to focus their efforts to prevent and deter fraud and enforce current anti-fraud laws around the country.  Since its inception in March 2007, the Medicare Fraud Strike Force, which maintains 14 strike forces operating in 23 districts, has charged nearly 4,000 defendants who have collectively billed the Medicare program for more than $14 billion.  In addition, the HHS Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, working in conjunction with HHS-OIG, are taking steps to increase accountability and decrease the presence of fraudulent providers.
