Satan cannot cast out Satan

Quote
26 And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself: how then shall his kingdom stand? 27 And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your children cast them out? Therefore they shall be your judges. 28 But if I by the Spirit of God cast out devils, then is the kingdom of God come upon you. 29 Or how can any one enter into the house of the strong, and rifle his goods, unless he first bind the strong? and then he will rifle his house. 30 He that is not with me, is against me: and he that gathereth not with me, scattereth.

  It is Matthew chapter 12.
But how can we reconcile these verses with the fact that some heresies are at variance against other heresies, and that many times, there are wars between bad and bad. (for example, between people of false religions and atheists)

His kingdom shall not stand.  Do you think Christ spoke these words as if to imply that it shall?

When the wicked make war with each other does that mean Satan's kingdom is weakening?

But how can an evil man cast out demons?

No, but He says these words in answer to those who accused Him of casting out evil spirits by satan's power. It seems that He wanted to refute them by saying that devil cannot cast any wicked sprit.
