Anyone have a link to a Traditional Catholic Act of Perfect Contrition? I want to make sure it's traditional.
It's not the same thing as the Act of Contrition said after confession, right?

According to him, when done with the proper understanding, which includes the intention to go to confession as soon as one is able
the Act of Contrition we say in the confessional provides for perfect contrition quite beautifully because of the words,
"Most of all, because they have offended Thee, Who art all good, and worthy of all my love."
Those words are perfect contrition.
