There's no curvature when we're talking about a few hundred feet.  In this case, these idiots didn't make sure that the ground they were on, was level.

That's why legit FEs and not these clowns probabl deliberately trying to discred it tend to conduct their experiments over water, since water levels out.  When you can see things from 10s of miles, and in some record long distance photographs, from 200+ miles that given globe math should be hidden by miles of "curvature", it's really game over for globe earth and only those desperately wanting to cling to their earth ball will ignore it and pretend that some magical force of refraction can account for it.
