... in New Mexico and Colorado. An airborne release of plutonium and americium radioactive cloud has occurred.

Ascent, updates from the link you posted are very informative, since what very little nfo is being reported on Reuters, AP etc does not include any nuimbers.

The only discussion I've heard about this incident - which is apparently on-going at lower bq releases - was on "The Power Hour" this morning, on GCN.

Thanks again.

You're welcome. I emailed the traditional Benedictine Monastery in New Mexico with the aforementioned info, although they are located a bit of a distance northwest of the accident, and to my limited knowledge, I don't think any contamination has blown their way considering the wind directions; but I thought I'd notify them in case they were not aware of what happened, and since there is largely a downplay of what happened by the establishment media and govt.  Let's all ask our Blessed Mother to intercede for, and protect, the servants to her Son at the monastery.

God bless you for this Ascent!

We live approximately 80 miles north of where this occurred. The media, of course, has kept it low key. Here's a sample: http://www.kob.com/article/stories/S3337858.shtml?cat=519

The updates this week (from Ascent's link) have been very disturbing.

Charlemagne, be assured of my and my family's prayers.
