This reminds me of the utter hypocrisy of dogmatic sedes who are so insistent that the Novus ordo ordinations are definitely invalid, but won't look at their own precious Thuc line. Take the log out of your own eye first folks.

BOTH are doubtful. Both require conditional ordination and consecration.

Which is why I am so glad to understand the resistance position and adhere to it. I know it is the right place to be.

From Sean Johnson's website:
https://seraphim54.substack.com/p/doubtful-sacraments-in-the-sspx

According to Resistance Bishop Gerardo Zendejas a couple years ago:..."there may be as many as a dozen refugee priests from the conciliar church assisting at various US District chapels who were never conditionally ordained. Msgr. Byrnes, Fr. McLukas, Fr. Pieroni, Fr. Zigrang, and Fr. Settimo come readily to mind. Fr. Feeney was conditionally ordained only belatedly after a few years in various SSPX chapels. And of course there were many other unconditionally ordained refugees circulating in previous years who only received conditional ordination after leaving their association with the SSPX (e.g., Fr. Voigt, Fr. Gallagher, et al.)."

More on Fr. McLukas:

Fr. James McLucas, a priest of the Archdiocese of New York, has been accused of sɛҳuąƖ misconduct involving a woman he counseled, with allegations ranging from abuse of a minor to inappropriate relationships with an adult.
  • 2012 Lawsuit: McLucas was sued by Maureen Nysewander, who alleged sɛҳuąƖ and physical abuse occurred between 2007 and 2009 while he acted as her counselor. McLucas vehemently denied the allegations, arguing the statute of limitations had expired; the case was settled out of court in 2013 with a confidentiality agreement.
  • Grand Jury Report: In August 2018, he was named in the Pennsylvania Grand Jury Report as a priest who had allegedly sɛҳuąƖly abused a 14-year-old girl and continued a relationship with her into adulthood. The Mother of the Monastery in Elysburg, PA, reported this to the Diocese of hαɾɾιsburg, leading to the revocation of his faculties.
  • Archdiocese of New York List: In April 2019, the Archdiocese of New York included McLucas on its list of clergy "credibly accused of sex abuse of minors," though the entry noted that the victim stated in a court filing she was not a minor when the sɛҳuąƖ activity occurred.
  • Current Status: McLucas has not had an assignment since the allegations became public, and the canonical process of laicization is pending.  He has denied all accusations, including those in the Grand Jury Report, calling them based on "half-truths, false assumptions, and/or innuendo."
The controversy escalated in 2019 when Church Militant published an article titled "Is the SSPX Sheltering a sɛҳuąƖ Predator?", accusing the Society of Saint Pius X (SSPX) of negligence for allowing McLucas to assist them after his suspension.  The SSPX and McLucas defended themselves, stating that no civil or canonical proceedings have ever found him guilty, though the Archdiocese of New York removed him from ministry in 2012.

Lad has long since explained to you that the doubts about Archbishop Thuc are not the same as the doubts about the NO. Yet you continue to persist in your slander.
