SSPX priests in South America. Letter to Fellay: resign!

It's starting to look like +Fellay jumped the gun and attempted to pull off a
little coup against the principles of the Society a bit 'too early.'  Now he faces an
international backlash against his little ruse.

Maybe the real message is if you come to South America and you DON'T resign first, before you come, you might just find this is your 'last trip' to South America -- or anywhere else!

It's also a possiblility that Bishop Fellay did what he did to draw out the opposition. To see where one's loyalty lay.

Those who think Fellay cares that they want him to resign are as naive as those who wrote letters to J23, Paul6, and their successors, asking them to be nice to "Tradition", to reconsider their course, etc.  They did not care as their course was NOT a mistake...neither is Fellay's (IMO).  So long as people perceive a man as a friend when he is really an enemy, he will be able to all the more easily knife them in the back from very close range without them even suspecting a thing.  "Daddy (they say to the impostor burning their house down and abusing all therein), please reconsider your actions and be nice to your family..."  He carries on and they fail to realize he is not, in fact, the head of the house at all, but an impostor come to destroy...

This has been the situation since day one where any resistance has been concerned: far too few see the enemy for what he is and thus, he continues to steamroll all in his path, neutralizing all real or effective opposition.

Things will get better, but not before they get a lot worse and not from merely human agency.  Godspeed...hold fast :)

Wish there was a way to verify this letter was written by SSPX priests, and if so, whoandvhow many wrote it!

I suppose since the letter says they want to protect anonymity, we will never know the origins or veracity of the letter.

Did they lose Bishop de Gallareta to Econe yet? If so, I wouldn't have any problem believing its authenticity. One can fully understand their desire for anonymity at this point, with the way things are playing out.

Are you saying that these Latin American priests want to be anonymous because
they think +de Galarreta is going to turn on them now that he's taking sides with
the normalizers, the Menzingen-denizens?  If so, what is the connection -- Latin
America speaks Spanish (and Portuguese) and so does +de Galarreta?  Remember,
+Williamson was stationed in Argentina for several years recently...........
