It was almost surreal to read how a group of SSPX seminarians,  from the U.S.A. District no less, went off to the Holy Land on a pilgrimage at a time when not that many minutes/miles away, the host (actually parasite) criminal rogue State of Israel was carrying on their demonic genocide/slaughter against utterly helpless civilians.  It appears that the story assuming it was placed there has been taken off the District's website.  I know however for a fact that the pilgrimage did indeed take place.

CHAPLAIN
Fr. Thomas Asher was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania but grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. In 1993 he earned a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Texas at Arlington.
After graduation, he worked at the Air Combat School (also in Arlington) and later as an airline flight dispatcher before entering the seminary in 1999.
Ordained in 2005, his first year was spent teaching at St. Mary’s Academy and then the next eight years as a seminary professor. Since 2014 he has been the Prior and Retreat Master at St. Aloysius Retreat House in Los Gatos, California.

I know however for a fact that the pilgrimage did indeed take place.

As a Catholic and having the knowledge that there is a genocide taking place mere miles from the Holy Land, I would not be able to enjoy myself, in fact, I would feel extremely inclined to try and help those starving souls anyway I could. Financially I can not afford to take such a trip but I can at least pray for them.

Yes, and it seems that recieving the sacraments, as necessary as thy are, have become the end rather than the means to the end.  The sacraments are received to strengthen us to fight. Not just for our own personal and private end but to defend the faith, conversion of sinners and the welfare of others.  What happened to the missionary spirit, spreading the faith regardless of the hardships?  Establishing hospitals, schools, and dying to defend the truth? 
I just could not imagine Our Lord walking in the Holy Land and not caring about the thousands of children being starved to death just walking distance away.  He would have at least vocally condemned those Jews committed the atrocities.
