  • Perhaps Fr. Chazal should rename it as MCSPX - SSPX Resistance in Asia. No confusion.   ;)

    Austrasia sounds ......... ::)........!
Anyway, Australia's resistance has tumbled to a mere 100 or so from the 200 plus in the beginning and Australia is the only country with a 'fake' Resistance group

    MHO anyway!
Let's hope that the "MCSPX" is not as non existent as this entity called "Austrasia".
Not so long ago we heard that the "Resistance" in Singapore was down to 3. All members of the same family.... ;)
You are famous, Noel, so please give me a thumbs-up.

Fr. Chazal has never been shy about using new vocabulary as he sees fit. When existing words don't say what he's attempting to communicate he has been known to make up his own word.
    .
Maybe Austrasia won't stick in the main, but everyone knows he's referring to his missionary efforts that span the eastern seaboard of Asia, all the Philippines, Australia, and into India. So he abbreviates that with his own word. So what?
    .
Recall his "AFD" referring to the April Fifteenth Declaration of Bishop Fellay? Others were fumbling around with "The Doctrinal Declaration" (8 syllables), "The Doctrinal Declaration of 2012" (12 syllables) and "The Doctrinal Declaration of April 15th, 2012" (15 syllables). Fr. Chazal's "AFD" is 3 syllables.
    .
By the way, Fr. Chazal's missionary field is very similar to that of the great missionary, St. Francis Xavier.

  • CathInfo will be promoting/distributing/hosting Fr. Francois Chazal's periodic newsletter for the SSPX Resistance in Asia.

Fr. Chazal is part of the worldwide SSPX Resistance -- one of the "good guys". He supports the 4 Resistance bishops, the SSPX Resistance (including Resistance priests) all over the world, etc.
    .
On another thread, there was a couple of posts saying that Fr. Chazal has been warning against something that Bishop Faure has now set up in France. So is he in disagreement with one of the 4 Resistance bishops on that count?

    .
It was the SSPX that set up the Mass centers in that "missionary" field that already had a powerful Novus Ordo presence. The competition is stiff. Fr Chazal vs Fr Stehlin. The latter was known as a "church planter" in Gabon and Poland/Eastern Europe. In India, Frs Valan & Suneel vs Frs Teresian & Noronha.
The groups in India are very small and very many of these faithful have one foot firmly embedded in the Novus Ordo Church.
The true Christian missionaries today in the missionary field of St Francis Xavier are the Evangelicals. The SSPX/SPX-MC apostolates compared to their's is absolutely nothing at all.

During my in-person meeting with Fr. Chazal at the consecrations, he asked me about hosting his Miles Christi newsletter, and I told him I'd be happy to host and distribute his SSPX Resistance newsletter.

A Resistance supporter sent me MOST of the back issues of Miles Christi. If you have any of the missing issues, please feel free to e-mail them to me (my username at cathinfo dot com).
