Let's compare the academic pedigree of Bp Guérard des Lauriers and Tom. On the one hand, we have a doctor in theology with a math Phd. On the other hand, we got a NEET. I wonder whose opinion a Catholic should listen to.

:laugh1::laugh2::laugh1:  There's no such word in canon law as "sketchy".  You just have to make up words because you can't meet canon law's threshold of "doubtful".  Total fail.

It's great that new people come, but there needs to be a plan in place to make sure they are made aware of how to dress modestly, even having some designated kind people to offer them something to cover up with.

Keeping the church cold, which may require an AC system upgrade, should help regulars to dress warm.
Not sure why people keep assuming this was a new lady.. i will speak to the priest about the issue of immodesty dressed women.
