Can anyone confirm Fr. Timothy Hoopes ordination?

 A friend of mind told me about this chapel were a Fr. Timothy Hoopes celebrates Holy Mass. Apparently, he was ordained by +Williamson about 3 years ago. My internet search only return a couple FB posts from this chapel. https://www.saintcharlescheboygan.com/history

If it was +Williamson, then I would expect he is oriented toward the Resistance. However, there is no internet record of his ordination.

An acquaintance mentioned him last year. I think he was in UK connected to resistance and ordained by Bp Ballini. Just got that from tea room gossip in SSPX so maybe someone else can confirm.

He is 100% resistance. 
Bishop Williamson ordained him for the 1st time ...and the last!

Sorry must’ve got wrong info about Bp Ballini. Fr Hoopes was definitely in the UK I think last year.
