There are several anti-jаb SSPX priests who I can't imagine agreeing to it. So, no, I don't think SSPX district superiors "forced" it, unless they didn't bother about enforcement or repercussions. SSPX Austrian district superior Fr. Stefan Frey even wrote against it, and although he later retracted his statement (no doubt due to pressure from
somewhere), it's hard to imagine him forcing it after writing that good anti-jаb statement. [Well, maybe not, given that he caved to the pressure to retract his statement
