I suspected Kashi was a fraud with their "innocent" "all-American" spokeswoman in their advertisements/commercials. Now my suspicions are confirmed.

I've always wondered how many of these companies which purport to sell nothing but pure organic non-genetically modified foods are in fact selling the same poisonous simulacrum of food that is commonly offered in this vile day & age, just with different packaging & higher prices.

Let us hope that it isn't that many yet. I make a point of avoiding monosodium glutamate in any quantity, I can tell if I've accidentally ingested it, as it causes an immediate splitting headache, rapid heartbeat & muddled thinking.

So far none of the food that I've eaten that hasn't got it listed on the label, under its proper name, or one of its many aliases such as hydrolyzed yeast extract &c. has caused any of this, so I suppose that there is still good food to be had, tho' for how long, no one knows.
