If you have covid symptoms it could be mild but the anxiety (and it's real!! ) has real physical effects on the body.  It's not wimpy psychosomatic brush aside kind of thing.

I was with someone who tested positive and I started to get symptoms and felt anxious even though I don't believe the tests for anything.

Then I calmed myself down and treated it like I would any other cold and it went away within a day or so.

But I've done allllllllot of research and don't watch the news.

I can totally see how easy it would be to end up in the hospital, especially if you're watching the news and wondering if you did the right thing not taking the shot.

I was thinking this too.

I was going to write up a CI post about it -- how even the best Trad Catholics might be "biased" knowing this is a big worldwide boogeyman everyone is making a big deal over. I've had lots of illnesses in my life, but never over-worried about them. Today, if I had one of those 2-day fevers, or one of those many lung ailments that caused me to nearly gag first thing in the morning from phlegm/coughing, etc. I'd be convinced it was covid, and maybe make it worse by my own anxiety over it. The mind has incredible power over the human body. Modern medicine ignores this "whole person" or "holistic" aspect, but it's completely real and shouldn't be ignored.

Describe for me a "GOOD" lung ailment. One that has a smiley face, completely benign.

People talk about the long recovery time after COVID. Is there any scientific data to back this up, or is it all subjective? When you've been laying down, feverish, and/or not eating for days, it DOES take time to get back up to full speed: full energy, full appetite (your stomach literally shrinks when you fast), and cardiovascular health (being able to increase activity without rapid heart rate and/or getting out of breath). If you are completely sedentary (lying/sitting) for days, you will lose almost ALL of your cardiovascular "being in shape" to the point you will get out of breath easily when you resume vigorous activities. You have to get back in cardio shape again.

I've got plenty of Ivermectin, tons of Vitamin C, Vitamin D, various other vitamins, including zinc.
You said you had the corona flu. How many days did it affect you, what did you take?

Stay away from crowds and those getting booster shots.
