  • I did keto and then carnivore for years - I just stalled out after 10 lb loss . The mental clarity is real . I just need to try something different ( and less expensive) I was buying grass fed and no lunch meat or cheap processed meat so it was pretty pricey.
    You don't have to buy the highest quality beef. Remember cows have 4 stomachs ;)
    But yea I might go back to carnivore. Been kind of slower today mentally.

    PS Men lose weight much faster than woman doing ANY diet just because of their muscle mass- muscle burns more calories

    But yea I might go back to carnivore. Been kind of slower today mentally.
    Today I'm worried about mRNA injected meat. I know they have been shooting up the pigs and they are talking cows and chickens now, too. 
    Even "organic" meat may well be (or getting) vaccinated. Good to source from a known farmer.

    Very true.  Have you ever heard of Dr Mindy Pelz?  She wrote a book and has several YouTube videos about fasting for women.  Our hormones are very different at different times of our cycle (and phases of life).  She has done a lot of research and has come up with a program for fasting for women in the fertile years, perimenopausal, and menopausal years.  Of course, she’s not Catholic so you have to throw out some of her new-age leaning thoughts but she has a lot of good knowledge about how to heal our bodies through intermittent fasting.

    Fatty fish should not decrease your testosterone, nor should lean fish really. They still bear some likeness to flesh, yet not enough to increase libido, nor should milk due to its high fat and lactose (when lactose is the only sugar in your diet it’s not going to cause any problems). If you are worried about lactose as it is a sugar just sour your milk before drinking. The church has permitted milk year round, finally milk does not in reality bear  likeness to flesh. Though of course it provides greater nourishment. 

    even in the eastern rite you can eat crab year round. So there is no excuse to not go carnivore.

  • Carnivore diet seems very strange to me, almost un-Christian. No Saint has ever eaten only animal products, while there are plenty of saintly teachings on limiting the consumption of meat. There are an abundance of saints who would be considered "vegetarian" nowadays..although their abstinence was obviously of a spiritual nature, not for social activism
