I recently learned that, in some cultures alien to the one in which I was raised, people do their seasoning, "all infusing," and "healthy dosing" of spices to their meat, not in a bowl, but right in the sink itself.Personally, even the thought of this method strikes me as revolting, but, I'm curious, Poche, if you are familiar with this culinary practice, as demonstrated by this lovely and erudite lady:
