  • Does anyone here have any recipes that have a solid amount of nutrients per serving and are easy enough to eat? I struggle to get good nutrition so I am leaning towards stuff like dips or soups if that would help me get more nutrition. I think my diet has affected my mind a bit so I'd like to remedy that.

  • Eat an avocado. Jus cut it in half and remove the seed. Easy peasy!

  • Porridge:
    1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 cup water. You can add milk pwder or substitute some water with milk.
Boil gently till blended. You can add butter, cinnamon and or fruit, sugar honey.

We had some Czech guests who were riding their bicycles around the world, so were travelling light. They were basically living on oats and were balls of energy. Maybe you need more exercise.

I think my diet has affected my mind a bit so I'd like to remedy that.
Could it be that your mind is affecting your diet?

  • This is the 5th time or so you have sought out recipe suggestions for your eating disorder.  What have you tried and failed at thus far?  It seems like to me you really don't want to eat at all but don't want to die of starvation. The highest calories in the smallest amount of food are pure oils.  But these will kill your already non-existent appetite.

You've been told numerous times that carbohydrates will increase your appetite.  Why is that not working for you?

Why do foods need to be "easy to eat"?  Do you have a problem with chewing and swallowing?  Are you in a hurry? Do not like cooking or can't cook?  Do you not have access to a supermarket?  I'm struggling to understand your situation.  Thanks.

  • Cottage cheese is wonderful. You can add fruit or non sweet items like eggs. It’s also great plain with a little salt. I always have it in the refrigerator. Plain yogurt is another great option to add to either sweet or savory foods. Salsa goes well with lots of otherwise less tasty items like eggs and veggies. I also always have V8 in the refrigerator.
