My high sugar/carb and very low fat diet has helped me sustain a Bruce Lee body for years. LEAN MUSCLE! SPEED! POWER! ENDURANCE! VITALITY!
CROIX, enjoy your diabetes and dementia when you get old.

Obstinate fool, a high sugar/carb and very low fat diet cures type 2 diabetes. High dietary fat causes type 2 diabetes. Blood glucose alleviates "brain fog" which is one of the symptoms of dementia.

Enjoy being tended to by negroids at the nursing home in which you'll soon reside, since you favor "diversity" and race-mixing, and your boomer generation handed our White nation over to negroids. ;) While you're being abused by negroids who hate you for being White, remember me.

"Average" is different than "median."
This is misleading.

Ladies, I refuse to court you, if you weigh more than me. :smirk:
