Does anyone ever feel they need some extra help from Heaven above, a special friend, well I found joy when I visited this site, said a prayer

and found my special heavenly friend.

Thank you Myrna! I found my new friend, St. Jane de Chantal.

I was just this week dealing with my oldest child moving out of the home.

St. Jane is against parents separated from children.

I was also thinking this week about how alone I would be if my H were to die first. I have no other family than my children (and there are only 2 of them). I have wondered if there were any convents that would accept older widows anymore.

St. Jane founded the Visitation Order for women who were rejected by other orders because of poor health or age.

Pretty amazing!

St. James the Greater for me. Patron saint of Equestrians. Rather fitting for me, i'd like to think.
