So I've been thinking. I figured out pretty quickly this is a femcentric forum because most of the men who linger here are of the invertibrate, herd variety and the women tend to want to promote this behavior in men. I was amused to see only men imputing sexism to me. That's what tends to happen in a femcentric environment. The men who linger there frequently become weak enforcers of an effeminate worldview. But at first I thought it was just incidental, and I can put up with a certain amount of that. Now with this situation, however, I think the place is structurally hostile to men. Because it has this approved, structural deception that can only be maintained with the complicity of forum members. That's wrong and repulsive and indicates a heavy herd mentality, which is, like I said, repulsive when it's running the show, but also boring because it always tries to constrict intellectual play. That can make for some fun sparring at first, but it's ultimately tiresome. This specific misrepresentation of Impy/Clare stems from a false dualistic view of humans wherein we are spirits operating our bodies like pieces of equipment. But we aren't. We ARE our bodies, according to the Catholic Church. Our spirits and bodies are a unity. That's why life and personhood begin at conception. Anyway, I know enough about groupthink not to expect anything to change. So I'm just going to leave, which ought to please the herd. I might have to go search out the "crunchies" whoever they are. The way people talk about them here, they sound like they might just be ordinary men. I was fairly excited when I found Fisheaters, but now I'm bitterly disappointed.

I took it that the thing about the poor guy unbeknownstly flirting with Impy was recent and helped you decide that FE is the cesspool rather than CI as you so publicly and dramatically announced some mere 6 weeks ago.  But I see that all of that fαɢɢօtry nonsense was back in June while you were vigorously defending Impy & Vox.

Yes, that thread was back in June.   That's why I wrote in my deleted FE post, "I am a fool for not realizing it when you were flirting with that new guy who did not know your story and he left in embarrassment and anger once he discovered the truth." I have no excuse for not getting it then.  That thread was disgusting and disturbing and I knew it.

The major factor in me finally coming to my senses was reading an article on Church teaching on transsɛҳuąƖity from a canon law perspective.  I could see the big gap between what it said and what was being said at FE.  Or perhaps it was people's prayers for me.

I have not made up my mind about my future involvement in CI.  I just had to come back to retract this thread because I was wrong.  

I am wondering under what conditions, if any, people would be comfortable with having me post here.  I'll go away if that is what most of you want.

I think there's no reason to "trash" Vox anyhow. The situation with Impy, etc. has been discussed here before, and I don't think it would do any good to rehash that whole saga.

Personally, I prefer to stick to the cold facts and avoid getting personal as much as possible. The fact is that Vox is wrong; the reasons why should even be made public. But what good does calling names do anyhow?

I believe what's more important is to inform the "forum-going public" about the true Catholic Church teaching on the matter; why Vox is wrong, the truth about ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖity and transsɛҳuąƖism, etc. Even general problems with the Fisheaters forum can be aired, as long as one stays close to the evidence.

I am newer here but I have been following CI for awhile; not as long as FE, though. I think getting banned from there is the best thing to happen to anyone. After a bit of using the ol noggin, who would not be grateful that they were banned from hell? Only an idiot would fight to regain their place in the inferno. I do not see a problem with your involvement here but there are people that reject to it for some strong reasons...reasons that you are already aware of. I, for one, hope that you'll stay here, Jayne. I'm going to try to stay away from the FE threads here, since I've said all that I have to say about it, and Matthew has summed up the situation well.

A word of advice for participating on this forum (since I also tend to be contentious). When you see something that someone has wrote that bothers you here - just ignore it, if you can. It doesn't bother me anymore when others are contentious, but I'm trying to learn to be less so.

Since this forum really represents all trad views, things are allowed to be discussed here which aren't allowed elsewhere. I like this approach, even though I may disagree with some of the views.

It is also a good idea to read Pascendi as has been posted here already. It's a good reminder of how the modernists and liberals think.
