How about letting things speak for themselves.  I've watched Novus Ordo Watch and "Father" Moderator get it wrong time and again on everything from Summorum Pontificuм, to the reconciliation with Campos and Institute of the Good Shepherd.

It doesn't matter what this Pope does, you're going to assume the worst every time.

How about reading what I wrote and actually responding to that for once, though I'm starting to see how incapable of that you are. NOW and 'F'Moderator are not sites I ever visit. And I will stop assuming the worst, when the pope starts acting his best.

I think it would benefit trads, the Church, and the world, to do less grumbling and more praying.

Agreed. However, it would also benefit trads, the Church, and the world, to do less false praise and more praying.

What exactly is your concern anyway?  You just seem to be reflexively dismissing the Pope for no reason.

False praise? Give me a break.

Modernist means exactly what St. Pius X meant by the term.

And the Modernists today employ the same tactics that they did in St. Pius X's day. Nowadays the Modernists occupy the highest places in the Vatican.

You mean it means what you think St. Pius X said it means.

Please don't act like such a pestiferous twit.

I have read what St Pius X wrote and I know what he meant. He made it clear.

Pestiferous twit?  Sounds to me like you don't really know what he said, and don't really know what a Modernist is.

If you wanted to buy some Archie comics, say, and put a big rock on the table and called it legal tender, I guess if I were selling the comics, I might want to know why you think your rock has any value.

Otherwise, I'd just thank you for your time and ask you to take your rock off my counter.

Great to know. I believe it is not intrinsically evil, but that communion on the tongue, and Altar rails should be universally restored as a norm of law, without granting exceptions or dispensations. The fact that so many receive irreverently alone necessitate such a measure, and it has opened the way to abuses of other kinds.
