Summary of Fr. Salenave's Video/ talk of Dec. 8, 2024 entitled:

Les enjeux divins et politiques derrière l'incendie de Notre Dame de Paris.

...' Why does the Cathedral of Notre Dame interest us?  Because it is a symbol of Christianity. Notre Dame is really associated the Blessed Virgin Mary and dedicated to her.
Brief Historical presentation of the Cathedral Notre Dame of Paris:

Built where there stood an original cathedral which was too small for the huge growth of faithful in Paris. Construction under Bishop Maurice de Sully 1163 and was largely completed by 1260; architect uncertain. List of kings who supported the project: Louis VII, Louis VIII, St. Louis. The church is enormous, and was the largest of Christianity at that epoch. Huge number of artisans, builders and artists creating a labor of love; the extraordinary craftmanship and technical skill is marvelled at even to this day.
Received the holy relic Crown of Thorns 1239...faithful could venerate it Good Friday.
This work was inspired by the Holy Ghost, as were many other churches in the spiritual apogée (peak) of France. Yes, something divine in this work.
During the Revolution, N.Dame was desecrated  when the goddess 'Reason' was enshrined...and the interior of the church wrecked.
Renovations 1845 -1867. A higher and glorious spire was built.

Consecration (rather sacrilege) of Napoleon I,1804, crowned himself Emperor...facing the pope!
1944 the Magnificat is sung for the liberation of Paris.
2013 A.D. was the 850 th Anniversary.
Esp. gothic churches have a symbolic plan, from the Old Testament: The Sanctuary, Choir and nave.
To note that in most ancient churches, one has the impression of entering in a forest...the long slender columns terminating in "branches", the broken arches, ribbed and fanned vaults...they represent the Garden of Eden. The Church is Paradise. The word "parvis" close to the main entrance is short for "Paradis"... You are now entering paradise.
Also in the form of a cross. During the baptism ceremony, the one to be baptised enters into the cross, association with the Cross of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Yesterday (Dec 7), all those that were not baptised should have been refused entrance. (Duty of the one who has received the minor order of 'porter', 'porta' means gate in Latin. T.d.
[The first of the minor orders is that of Porter. It confers the charge of opening and closing the church, of keeping from it any unworthy persons, and of guarding the sacred vessels, vestments, and so on. The special virtue which is required of the Porter is zeal for the house of God and for souls. www.stas.org])

The church is gothic, arches, broken arches, and crosses.

The lighting today is very bright, and not very suitable for prayer because the mysterious ambiance is gone. Candles best for the Mass.

TIME STAMP 18:15
Now I talk about the fire of 2019.
140m x 40m meters burnt, which is impossible. What kind of fire can cause such brutal devastation? The smoke, many noticed, was not the normal color of wood smoke...much of the smoke was orange, probably caused by a very inflammable chemicals called "Thermites". . (They are part of the pyrotechnic chain, capable of releasing considerable energy: these are energetic materials. iron oxide and iron aluminum: WO3 + Al ———> W + Al2O3 + Q.)

These emit a  brown smoke when pulverized, along with yellow and orange smoke when ignited.  So, a product was applied on all the beams of N.Dame. How is this possible?

All the beams were thus treated, as reported by Valérie Bougault? in cooperation with other authors, that in Feb 2018  a company would have applied ' accelerator Thermite 7'.
BTW this company is completely innocent.
This is actually a well respected business. We don't want to speak against this company in the least.

https://aubriat.fr/notre-dame-de-paris/
(Their photos actually show an aluminium colored spray product. T.d.)

1. Hire a company which knows very little about treating historic buildings. Invent that mushrooms are eating away at the roof.

2. Hire a company which is more or less ignorant of technologies / protocols...which could be manipulated.

3. Offer the company a bountiful amount of money so they would do exactly as they were told...ie manipulated.

4. The product will be provided for the contractor. A formulation which is different than the one that **briat thinks it is using.

5. Complicity with the security, free pass as regards the matters of State, and Information services. 2018

The owner of **briat acknowledges that there are no mushrooms or any fungal parasites on the beams.
Nonetheless, the Dept of Historical buildings contacted him.

After many tests to figure out what would be suitable, because old oak will not absorb, because of its density, it was decided to apply a pulverized gel. 300 sq. meters of structure.

By the way, we haven't heard anything about this investigation done by special crime dept.  The investigators of the fire block all information they have collected.
The three magistrates responsible for the inquiry say that the criminal inquiry could be deemed " Dismissed"!

Mr. Benjamin Mouton, chief architect responsible for N.Dame of Paris, was interviewed by the media, where he clarified that the electricity was done according to code, and old oak will hardly burn. After his interview, not one word from him thereafter. hmmm
It is clear that the State was involved.

Leading journalist asks Edouard **briat 4 questions re: the gel used, and was he contacted by the General of the Ministry? Etc. The latter refuses to answer stating that there is an ongoing investigation.

Five years now, and all info is STILL under a publication ban. Official statement about the cause of the blaze... a cigarette butt, or electrical short.

How was the Thermite ignited as it requires an intense blast to set it off...we saw a suspect near the roof...also a flash of light was observed.

Jean-Louis Georgelin, 74, energetic army general supervising the restoration of N.Dame, died August 2023 while hiking...?

Something about 2500 degrees C  and the fusion of lead…?

The gel was not supplied by **briat. This was done to deflect the reality, similar to Sept, 2001

We can call it a criminal attack.

Our Lady will crush the head of satan;
the enemies of God desire the collapse of Christiandom. Perhaps the bad actors didn't realize that
the citizens would generously donate so much money to rebuild.

In 2023,  27 churches were set ablaze in France. Nothing much covered by the media. For other religions, even graffiti is reported!

NotreDame of Paris. "Impossible Investigation" 2026 AD. spark
« Reply #1 on: Yesterday at 01:08:18 PM »
The Notre Dame blaze of April 15, 2019...Already 7 years since the disaster, and still no official statements as to the cause.
Normally these investigations have to be completed within 6 years, but the 3 judges involved keep postponing their verdict because the specialists keep begging for more time to research the evidence... Insurance companies are still holding their collective breaths; a lot of money is involved, and remember the State owns the Cathedral. The State "owns"  the judges too... It is so complex a situation that a woman news supervisor wrote a book: " Notre Dame of Paris : Impossible Investigation". [Enquête Impossible] 2019 AD.

AI Translation, Excerpts:
"...fire that ravaged the Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris on April 15, 2019 remains etched in the French collective memory. This tragedy immediately triggered a vast judicial investigation... which continues today. Investigations have mobilized  dozens of experts and investigators to determine the exact causes of the claim and to establish possible responsibilities. The extent of the damage and the technical complexity of the case explain the exceptional duration of this procedure. The legal stakes are considerable, ... involving multiple actors: catering companies, project management, insurers and the French state. This investigation constitutes a "schooling" case in terms of construction law and responsibility in heritage sites.
The initiation of the judicial investigation and its first elements

From the first hours after the fire, the Paris prosecutor’s office opened an investigation for “involuntary fire destruction”. This procedure, ... quickly turned to a thorough technical investigation. The first findings quickly dismissed the criminal trail, allowing investigators to focus on technical aspects and possible negligence.

The investigation was structured around several major areas of investigation. The experts first conducted a thorough exam... fire safety systems, including detection and alarm devices. This analysis revealed malfunctions in the transmission of alerts, delaying the intervention of relief by several crucial minutes. Investigators also scrutinized the storage conditions for the restoration materials in the attic at the time of the disaster.

The complexity of the ongoing restoration project required the hearing of many stakeholders. Companies specializing in the restoration of historical monuments, the chief architects of historical monuments, as well as representatives .... Each trades present on the site has been the subject of a specific expertise, from roofers to electricians, through specialists in the medieval framework.

The investigations also focused on compliance with safety protocols specific to heritage sites. These protocols, which are particularly strict ... historical monuments, impose specific technical and organizational constraints. The investigation revealed some shortcomings in the implementation of these measures, including ongoing monitoring of sensitive areas and training of personnel at fire hazards in a historic environment.

The technical and scientific expertises mobilized

The scale of the disaster required the mobilization of technical expertise of an exceptional level. The Central Laboratory of the Prefecture of Police coordinated scientific analyses, ... These expertises focused on the analysis of combustion residues, the reconstitution of fire propagation and the examination of materials present in the attic.

Fire science experts have done computer modeling of the spread of the fire. This virtual reconstruction, based on testimonies, archival images and post-fire findings, made it possible to identify the initial focus and to understand the mechanisms of propagation. The analysis revealed that the medieval oak structure, particularly dry after centuries of existence, favored a rapid spread of flames throughout the framework.

The expertise of the electrical installations was a major technical component of the investigation. The investigations focused on the entire temporary electrical grid installed for the needs of the construction site, as well as the permanent facilities of the cathedral. This analysis required the examination of kilometres of wiring, electrical boards and protective devices, some of which were partially destroyed by the fire.

The experts also carried out the analysis of the building materials used in the restoration. This expertise focused on the compliance of products with fire safety standards applicable to historic monuments, as well as their storage and operating conditions. The investigation revealed the presence of flammable materials in sensitive areas, in violation of the safety protocols established for this type of construction site.
The legal responsibilities involved

The determination of responsibilities in the Notre-Dame fire raises complex legal issues, covering several branches of law. In criminal law, the investigation aims to establish possible faults of recklessness, negligence or breach of security obligations. These offences, provided for in Articles 221-6 and 322-5 of the Criminal Code, may be charged to both natural persons and legal persons involved in the construction site.

The civil liability of the various stakeholders is a considerable financial issue. Catering companies, design offices, architects and contractors may be held liable for their contractual or tort obligations. This responsibility may be sought... which imposes compensation for the damage caused by his fault to others.

The administrative law aspects are not neglected in this case. The State, the owner of the cathedral and responsible for its conservation, may have its responsibility incurred for lack of supervision or maintenance. This administrative liability may be sought before the administrative courts,...
The issue of insurers' liability is also a complex legal component. The insurance policies taken out by the various stakeholders of the site provide specific guarantees for fire risks, but also exclusions that can limit coverage. The interpretation of these contractual clauses is the subject of in-depth legal debates, especially since the amounts at stake reach several hundred million euros. ...professionals specializing in construction and insurance law.

Procedural development and prescribing issues

The judicial procedure relating to the fire of Notre-Dame follows a strict procedural schedule, framed by the rules of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The preliminary investigation, conducted since April 2019, can theoretically continue without limitation of duration, as long as no indictment is pronounced. This phase allows investigators to gather all the necessary elements before possible criminal prosecutions.

Limitation periods are a decisive timepiece for the outcome of this procedure. In the case of involuntary fire destruction, the limitation period for public action is set at six years...

The technical complexity of the case justified several requests for extension of judicial expertise. These extensions, granted by the investigating judge in charge of the case, allow the experts to finalize their analyses under optimal conditions. Each additional expertise mechanically postpones procedural deadlines, delaying possible indictments and referrals to the courts of judgment.

The procedural development also depends on the strategy of the civil parties constituted in this case. Several heritage conservation associations, as well as local authorities, have established civil parties to defend their interests. This constitution of civil party allows them to access the investigation file and to request additional investigative acts, potentially influencing the procedural calendar.
Impact on heritage and construction law

The Notre-Dame fire revealed the shortcomings of the legal framework applicable to heritage restoration sites. This tragedy highlighted the need to adapt the existing regulations to the specificities of historical monuments, which present particular risks related to their age and traditional materials. ...

The legal consequences of this case go beyond the criminal framework to influence the evolution of construction law. Insurers have tightened their underwriting requirements for heritage projects, imposing enhanced prevention measures and higher deductibles. This contractual evolution modifies the economy of restoration projects and requires project owners to rethink their risk management strategies.

The impact on administrative jurisprudence is gradually emerging through disputes related to fire. The decisions rendered by the administrative courts in cases related to the reconstruction of Notre-Dame create precedents for public contracts for restoration, emergency procedures and derogations from urban planning rules. These case-law developments... administrative practice in the heritage field.

The European dimension of this case should not be neglected. The fire of Notre-Dame has generated an exceptional international mobilization, raising unprecedented legal issues in the field of European judicial cooperation and cross-border funding of reconstruction. International donations collected for catering raise complex tax and accounting issues,...

I just posted some French articles here:
https://www.cathinfo.com/sspx-resistance-en-francais/valeurs-traditionnelles/msg1022648/#msg1022648

On April 11, 2019 12 statues of the apostles, made of copper, had been removed (deposed would be a more accurate word )... (TIMESTAMP: 6:50) BUT, some say they had seen sparks from a tool that cut iron that held the statues at this location, close to the place of the initial fire birth, that is  near the spire. The contractor denies this accusation. A spark could have pyrolyzed  * (almost invisible) for several days before burning. Also, combustible materials were stored in the attic.

Workers smoked cigarettes, contrary to heritage site work protocols.

The cause was not criminal, according to the authorities... Young people had "parties" sometimes, in the evening, in the area of the renovations... quite a few people reported seeing lights from time to time at night. So, security was weak, due to a lack of funding.

Pyrolysis is the thermal decomposition of organic material at elevated temperatures in the absence of oxygen, which occurs before combustion and can lead to the ignition of materials. It breaks down solids and liquids into fuel gases that can ignite when mixed with oxygen and heat..

It is good to see a post on this.  The 911 of France, and an "attack by the enemies of God who desire the collapse of Christendom."  And of course the cover-up continues.

In the video at the bottom right, there are subtitles concerning a witness who saw Macron attend some kind of satanic ritual in Notre Dame.

The article itself explains that Edouard Philippe, the Prime Minister at the time of the fire has a luciferian father who named his son after the after the father of Aleistar Crowley. This is a well known image of Edouard Philippe and Emmanuel Macron sharing a good laugh over the fire

Anyone familiar with this site The Liberty Beacon?  I don't know much about them but this was just posted yesterday.  Yes, it is good to see people are talking about Notre Dame.
