Matthew's "secret hope" sounds similar to the current naive neo-trad storyline that pope Bob is covertly planning to restore the Tridentine Latin Mass.

Croix had a brain and didn't operate to defame Catholic Archbishops.

Rather a significant sampling of Cathinfo members are"hoping" Matthew will act to remove the Cabbage troll from the forum.

How many former Catholic CI members have been whacked from the forum for the most trivial reasons?  

If defamation is not a valid reason to take action against a member, then the "Catholic" forum has a problem.

Donachie got the boot his eccentric, yet very often entertaining, posts. Perhaps he should have stuck to waging a nearly year long defamation campaign against a deceased traditional prelate..or hoping traditional chapels burn down...or fantasizing about an Archbishop being strangled...or proclaiming his merry band of a couple hundred trads to be the "true remnant"...or "red lighting" 80%+ of trad chapels, effectively promoting home-aloneism unless you happen to live within a 5 hour drive of one of the handful of True Resistance™ chapels in your country

He might still be around had he just done all that :'(
