Reminds me of Bp. W.'s talk about driving over a bridge designed by a "charismatic" architect.  Sadly, this is real life tragedy.

MCM is a Cuban-American, family-owned Miami company founded in 1983 that employs more than 1,000 people in several states. The company is a federal military contractor for the U.S. Army and Navy.

A Miami Cuban owned construction company run by women? No way. I do not believe the article. Miami Cuban immigrant owned construction companies are created and run by men. I know Miami and I know Cubans.
