Welcome to our first annual "Novus Ogre" Award survey. While the False Church of Vatican II has been attacking Roman Catholicism since its inception in October of 1958, it seems that every year there are a few Novus Ordo characters that specially stand out in their contributions to the propagation of heresy, apostasy, and immorality. Novus Ordo Watch has decided that it would be fitting to give them an "award" for this so that they are aware that while they are continuing in their efforts to destroy the Catholic Church, we are "watching" - and exposing them every step of the way.

The following poll consists of choices based on nominations submitted to Novus Ordo Watch. Please choose the person you think has done the most damage to souls in 2012. The winner will be announced in early 2013 and, insofar as possible, will be notified by us of this "honor". Voting is restricted by IP address, so each IP address can vote only once.

Before casting your vote, please be sure first to review the detail provided for each candidate so you are informed about why each person was nominated. (We are deliberately excluding Benedict XVI as an option because he would naturally win the poll every single year.) Timothy Dolan (United States)
The Novus Ordo "Cardinal Archbishop" of New York, New York (aka the "Judas Cardinal"). At the infamous 2012 "Al Smith" charity fundraising dinner, Mr. Dolan, the host, not only invited Resident Barack Obama but, even though he is suing him for infringement on religious liberty (Obamacare HHS mandate), lauded him as an "honorable man" who possesses great "love for God and country". He then invoked Almighty God's blessing upon the unborn-baby-butchering persecutor of Catholics. Some nice photo ops for Obama with the "cardinal" were a matter of course. Bernard Fellay (Switzerland)
The Superior General of the traditionalist Society of St. Pius X. Bp. Fellay is not Novus Ordo but in 2012 almost succeeded in bringing the SSPX back into the Novus Ordo Church of Rome. His actions have resulted in some SSPX priests leaving or being expelled (such as Fr. Timothy Pfeiffer, Fr. Francois Chazal, and others). Bp. Fellay also expelled his fellow-bishop Richard Williamson (England) and is still hoping to achieve an agreement with the modernist Vatican for full recognition of the SSPX. (Novus Ordo Watch reported on these events throughout the year.)

John XXIII (Vatican City)
Angelo Roncalli, the first false "Pope" of the Vatican II Church (1958-1963), previously the Cardinal-Patriarch of Venice under Pope Pius XII. Suspected of Modernism by the Holy Office. Though deceased for nearly 50 years, it was not until 2012 that a 1963 letter by modernist Fr. Karl Rahner, SJ, was made public, in which Rahner reveals that John XXIII was called a "precursor of the Antichrist" by some French bishops at the Second Vatican Council, which had been called by John XXIII. (See Novus Ordo Watch's coverage of this topic as the letter contents were first made public.)

Gerhard Ludwig Müller (Germany / Vatican City)
Formerly the Novus Ordo "bishop" of Regensburg, Germany, he was appointed on July 2, 2012, by "Pope" Benedict XVI to head the Vatican's Congregation for the Destruction of the Faith, thereby becoming the New Church's official "guardian of orthodoxy". A dogmatic theologian, Mueller came under fire when in 2012 it was publicized that he denied, minimized, or introduced doubt about such dogmatic and doctrinal teachings as the Perpetual Virginity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Transubstantiation, the Bodily Resurrection of Christ, the nature of miracles, etc. Muller is editor-in-chief of the Opera Omnia (Collected Works) of Joseph Ratzinger, of which volume no. 7 was just published in Germany. Christoph Schönborn (Austria)
The Novus Ordo "Cardinal Archbishop" of Vienna. Schonborn has long been one of the worst ogres the New Church has to offer, and entire books could be filled with the damage he's done to the Faith and piety of millions. But 2012 was another special year for this deceiver of souls: When a parish priest in the archdiocese of Vienna refused to allow a practicing, open ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ man to serve on the parish council, Schonborn stepped in and overturned the pastor's decision, allowing the pervert to sit on the council. (This decision came after Schonborn had had lunch with the homo and his "partner".) To top it off, Schonborn blasphemed and said Christ would have done the same. The good pastor, Gerhard Swierzek, resigned from the parish shortly after the incident. (This scandalous news story can be reviewed here.)

Rainer Maria Woelki (Germany)
The Novus Ordo "Cardinal Archbishop" of Berlin. Made news in 2012 when he said in interviews that "responsible" and "stable" ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ "relationships" should be viewed in a way "similar" to heterosɛҳuąƖ relationships, and that there should be better cooperation in social life between perverts and normal people, thus contributing greatly to the mainstreaming and normalization of these most unnatural and disgusting vices. He was nominated by the German pervert group LSVD for their annual "Respect Award", which, however, he turned down - on the grounds that he didn't want to be honored for "what is a matter of course for a Christian"! (See Novus Ordo Watch News Archive of October 2012 for some of the Woelki scandals.) Woelki also spoke up for public adulterers and pleaded for "pastoral solutions" for them in 2012. Donal Wuerl (United States)
The Novus Ordo "Cardinal Archbishop" of Washington, D.C. In early 2012, he suspended and removed faculties from one of his Novus Ordo "priests" for denying (what he thought was) "Holy Communion" to a lesbian Buddhist! It is clear that just about the only thing punished in the Novus Ordo Church is attempting to believe and behave like a Roman Catholic. The courageous "priest" in question, Rev. Marcel Guarnizo, has since left the "archdiocese" headed by "Wuerl the Girl". (A summary news story of the events can be found here.)


As you can see, ladies and gentlemen, you simply cannot make this stuff up. It will no doubt be tough to decide on just one of these enemies of the Faith as the worst Novus Ogre of 2012. Dolan gets my vote for kissing up to Obama. He should have warned Catholics against voting for him, instead he basically praised him at the "charity dinner" and laughed with him. It's because of people like him that so many "Catholics" voted Obama back into the white house. Now we're stuck with him for another four years.

Please get a backbone (and an idea of what Catholicism REALLY is) Dolan.

If it was not for Roncalli, we most likely be voting for the most Holy Person
in the Catholic Church. The coarse of history would be just the opposite
of what it is today, and the last 55 years.
If the Pope of 1960 released the Third Secret of Fatima as he was
commanded by the Blessed Mother to do so.
I voted for Cardinal Dolan because he is an example of what is now
wrong with the Catholic Church today.

What is scary is that Dolan and Schönborn are one of the favorties to become the next pope. what a disaster  that would be.

Parliamentarian:Cardinal Schonborn of Vienna a Freemason

According to (traditionalist) Austrian parliamentarian (BZÖ party, Bündnis Zukunft Österreich, Alliance for the Future of Austria, formerly led by the late Jörg Haider) Christoph Cardinal Schönborn “celebrated” a secret-circle Masonic rite funeral after the Catholic funeral for his father, Austrian Count Hugo Damian von Schönborn (born in Skalken, Bohemia, now Skalka, Czech Republic).

Verbally, Stadler quotes Masonic Grand Master of Innsbruck Nikolaus Schwärzler, Christoph Cardinal Schönborn canonized his biological father at the (intimate) Masonic Rite funeral with these words: “My father has now gone into the eternal Grand Orient!”

Austria. [kreuz.net] This Sunday Cardinal Schönborn of Vienna praised the false Marian apparition site, Medjugorje in the boulevard magazine ‘Krone’. The Cardinal recalled his then meeting with the youth that are there every summer. The young people could not see much in the village besides the stony ground and supposed poverty. But they sense: “Mary is near them”.

The Krone’s late editor, Hans Dichant, and the publication itself has been very ++Schönborn friendly, despite its advertisements for prostitutes and pornographic content. The Cardinal eulogized him at his funeral and presided over the Mass.

It’s a very evil magazine, see for yourself. It has an entire section featuring extremely indecent pinup photos.

Also, Cardinal Schönborn will be attending this years Ratzinger Schulkreis as reported by Dici to discuss the “hermeneutic of continuity.


A Mass is celebrated in Austria with the explicit approval of Cardinal Schonborn. Shown in this Mass being celebrated in German are sacrilegious, blasphemous, and unholy desecration's of the Holy Mass. The entire episode looks more like a folk music festival rather than a Holy Mass. You see people drinking beer, smoking cigarettes, and eating what looks like steaks during the entire 'Mass'. The 'theme' of this 'Mass' looks to be that of the American West. People are also shown wearing Native American and Cowboy dress. You even see the Confederate battle flag next to the American flag adorning the stage where this 'Mass' is being celebrated.
