I mean, if it brings more people to Tradition by completely buggering up the Conciliar church, I agree with you.

I don't know. A Vatican III might be a good thing. Maybe the fence-sitters could finally see the difference between the wheat and the chaff.

I don't think so.  They've been boiling the proverbial frog for so long now that the fence sitters will remain on the fence, even as the fence moves so far left that it's not Catholic anymore.

You can't make a silk purse from a sow's ear, so it doesn't really matter how many Vatican Councils these people have.

I'd welcome an explosive end to this, rather than sitting in this no-man's land with contradictory messages coming out of the Vatican every few days.

I think I'll take the Chastisement first, thank you!

Yeah, and how about that 300-page Dossier?

A "Vatican III" would be the final nail in the coffin for Novus Ordo adherents having any semblance and tenuous adherence to Roman Catholicism.  A so-called "Vatican III" would be the ultimate schismatic proclamation,  which would declare the Novus Ordo Church and the Novus Ordo religion to be completely outside of the Holy Roman Catholic Church.  This would be tantamount and equivalent to the Lutheran heresy which happened 500 years ago.  Pray that this abomination never happens.
