Pope Francis: Solution to the Church Abuse Scandal is for People to Shut Up
By The Daily Caller News Foundation
by Joshua Gill

Pope Francis said Monday that the remedy to the groups clamoring about the church’s abuse scandals and recent cover-up allegations is prayer and more silence.

Francis made the comments during his Monday homily at Mass in the Vatican, following not only the fallout over Pennsylvania’s grand jury report on sɛҳuąƖ abuse in six dioceses, but also rising furor over Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano’s allegations that Francis and others covered up reports of Cardinal Theodore McCarrick’s alleged sɛҳuąƖ abuses.

Francis told reporters last week that we would “not say a word” about the allegations and seemed to recommend a similar approach of silence for those attending his homily.

“With people who do not have good will, with people who seek only scandal, who seek only division, who seek only destruction, even within families,” the solution is “silence. And prayer,” Francis said, according to Crux Now.

Francis compared the church’s current situation to a scene from the Gospel of Luke in which Jews in the ѕуηαgσgυє were “filled with fury” over Jesus’ teachings and drove him out of the city.

The gospel writer says that they “rose up, drove [Jesus] out of the town, and led him to the brow of the hill… to hurl him down headlong. But he passed through the midst of them and went away.”

Francis claimed that those who drove Jesus out of the city were “a pack of wild dogs,” not people, as they forsook reason and gave into anger.

He also equated it with Jesus’ response of silence to those who demanded his crucifixion.

Christian faithful should therefore, according to Francis, remain silent in the face of those who won’t see the truth.

If anyone needs to shut up, it's Francis.  Every time he opens his mouth, bad stuff comes out.

If anyone needs to shut up, it's Francis.  Every time he opens his mouth, bad stuff comes out.
When bad stuff comes out of the mouth of Francis, it just proves that he is a reprobate in the full Pauline sense of that word.
He is unworthy. Resist him, strong in the faith.

Read Romans 1 to see St. Paul's definition of reprobate. Then read I Peter 5:8-10 below.

I Peter 5:8-10

Quote
Be sober and watch: because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, goeth about seeking whom he may devour.
Whom resist ye, strong in faith: knowing that the same affliction befalls your brethren who are in the world.
10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us into his eternal glory in Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a little, will himself perfect you, and confirm you, and establish you.

As with Trump, so with Bergoglio. The best tandem in wreckovation the world has seen in a long time.

Can you imagine if it were Hillary and Scola. Same old, same old. They would just dust the furniture and on we would go.

At least this way we can see the end game. Annihilation of the established order in the US since 1933 and the established order in the Church since 1958.

Living in exciting times.
