Dude, do you seriously believe this is genuine?

A powerful story about St. Thomas Aquinas:

".....He was very sincere, innocent, truthful and studious from early life and led a pure and saintly life. While he was a seminarian, his colleagues used to make fun of him and call him the nick-name, ‘dumb ox’.

One day, one of the monks told the saint that there was a pig flying around in the air over the courtyard and invited him to look out through the window to see the flying pig.
The saint promptly went to the window and looked out. The monk then laughed at him. But the saint said sternly, “I would rather believe that a pig could fly than that a monk could lie”. This incident is quoted to reveal his zeal for truthfulness.
(...)
A true Christian should not tell a lie even if telling the truth may cause loss, suffering or pain. We should not tell a lie even if telling the lie may give us money, power or pleasure. St. Paul advises, "No more lying, then! Everyone must tell the truth to his fellow-believer, because we are all members together in the body of Christ" {Ephesians 4: 25}.
“Lying is an ugly blot on a person’s character, but ignorant people do it all the time...."

Of course they want you to sign a petition to promote relig1ous freεδdums...

Pray for these peoples..

.and esp. for TGK. The world is upside down in so many domains. Have you ever seen such a large "statue" of the feathered creature.?

A Kansas-esq Clown Show Conclave (say this ten times) could not be any worse than the present clown show?

The internet is a domain not for simpletons.

If you are one , you need to reach out to someone more intelligent than you and ask them to help you

I used AI (ChatGPT) to create this one here ... deliberately having it imitate the style of "The Polar Express".

Haha.

That's great.

Let's start a competition to see who can prompt the best one...

I am adding to, not arguing with.

The point is that we have got so used to lies and tricks and fakeness that we think it is just a natural part of life.  We make fun and jab at people because it is the thing to do.  We have become a society of lies.  Who thrives on these lies?  Should we as Catholics keep adding to this?

Joking in person is a different story because we can see the actions, facial expressions,  and if it has gone too far we can correct it.
