Francis Shows Up for Mass Tomorrow What Do You Do?

You are already there saying your prayers - big commotion in the nave, lots of movement - next thing you notice is a guy in wheelchair getting pushed up the center aisle by a small entourage who looks just like pope Francis. Fantastical I know, but instructive for ourselves and others. What do you do?
