Bishop Vigano is not refreshing.  He may not even be a priest, since no Holy Orders since 1968.  Why is he not completely out of New Order.  Why does he just sit there talking?!  For decades saying a heretical mass.  :facepalm:

I'm not sure where he is right now.  lol  He comes out firing one minute and the next he's stepping back but my personal feeling is that he's trying to lead people to the water.  Even with Bergi at the helm, sedevacantism is too much for people - and Bergi even facilitates Pachamama worship. 
He'll be 84.  I wonder how much time he plans on spending "trying to lead people to the water".  Also, I wonder when he plans on actually publicly admitting his conditional consecration by +Williamson. It's now been about a year.
