AI vids are messed up, who actually likes them?

They're building all these data centers, and for what? ASIDE FROM CODING and a few random tasks (creating spreadsheets, etc.) how is AI actually useful? Can you replace your accountant with AI? Isn't a 3% error rate pretty unacceptable for something like CPA work/bookkeeping?

Giving AI full access to your PC's filesystem is risky; one fine day you might wake up and find ALL YOUR FILES GONE. It's happened before.

As for all these AI slop videos, who is going to consume them after the Boomers are gone? Anyone under 50 can't stand them. It's a fad that has already gotten stale, for most people.

Just watch this video to the end (rated PG-13) -- If you're in a hurry, skip to 10:00 for the real weird stuff.

The largest financial institutions are activity working on fixing A.I hallucinations, because it saves them A LOT of money if they can automate corporate actions.

For some reason Youtube has suggested numerous videos featuring AI experts giving dire warnings of
it taking over the world and destroying mankind.
For the trillions of dollars poured into this technology I've yet to see any discernible benefit.
It seems to be getting worse at basic applications such as autocorrect. It's atrocious when
corporations use it as a substitute for customer support.
It hasn't developed anything truly useful, like making an internal combustion engine more efficient or reliable.
It hasn't cured any diseases or advanced medicine.

I don't think it has any other purpose than its surveillance capabilities that the elites are longing for.

Anything rooted in truth will become more magnificent. Anything not rooted in truth will devolve into filth. Some take longer than others.

AI can be extraordinarily useful, but they're only letting the general public and even business get the scraps that fall from their table.  99% of that capacity will be for government (or trans government) entities to monitor and ultimately control people.  It's really for the surveillance and control state.

So, when I was younger, the focus was on systems like "Echelon" that reportedly recorded every phone call, e-mail, etc.  Problem back in the day was ... OK, great, but who has the manpower to listen to all that junk.

Enter AI .. problem solved.

That's really what this is all about.  I benefit tremendously from AI, but, as I said on another thread, everything they put out there has a "Double Effect", where they "sell" the stuff to the public based on the good benefits of it, but then are actually interested in the understated evil benefits.  Take Flock cameras.  If you can save some child from being kindnapped by traffickers, or prevent other crimes, that's great ... and, if you aren't doing anything wrong, then "what do you have to hide?" ... and ... we can just pass laws to make sure they're not abused.  Yeah, right.  When they introduce the next crisis, they'll be monitoring your movements during Plandemic 2.0, makings you're wearing a mask at all times, very possibly even indoors (like in 1984), and not only monitoring but controlling.  "This guy isn't wearing his mask.  Don't let him start his car." or "This guy didn't get the jab.  Prevent his account from working at the grocer store." or "This guy said something mean about Netanyahu on X.  He doesn't get his Universal Basic Income payment this week."  THAT is what all this is about.  Given the extraordinary amounts of money they're spending on all this infrastructure, there's no way it every pays for itself.  But that's not what it's all about.
