The English language section of the website is very spartan so in order to register, you will need to plough through the French langauge pages, especially if you want to register for one the logistic chapters, where you are far more likely to meet, pray and work with catholics from elsewhere.

I haven't been following who was organizing these pilgrimages. Aren't there different Pilgrimages, going in opposite directions sometimes? I thought there used to exist some rivalry groups. So is FSSP joining here?

There is an SSPX pilgrimage from Chartres to Paris and a FSSP pilgrimage from Paris to Chartres.
