You aren’t culpable for their disgusting decisions.

If you can’t find a different job I would start planning now on how you can gain the most spiritual benefit. There will be MANY penances to be had. Don’t just make it through- use this coming month to draw closer to Our Lord. A time to console him, a sort of walking beside him on his way to Calvary.

Do not go to any of their optional 🌈 functions. You are not responsible for decisions made by upper management. But if “required” to violate Christian morality, you must refuse. If doing so gets you fired, so be it. God will provide another job, a better job, or wants you to pass through a time of trial for your benefit or someone else’s benefit.
