  • I would like to see a Thread, sure cassini, details are astounding!
So i have a Star map for Winter, but the constellation Virgo isn't there.?
Are there stars present over Her heart?
Constellations as seen from HEAVEN, glorious indeed. I can't wrap my head around that one✨

Our Lady of Guadalupe, pray for us.

  • I have long believed there are no coincidences when it comes to what God wants us to know. I discovered this when on the very same day as the cardinal Archbishop of Paris in France performed a canonical coronation of the statue of the Virgin of La Salette ..."
I heard many times that the Virgin of Guadalupe (1531 AD. )converted more souls than those lost to Luth erism and @nglic@nsz  etc. But rarely a mention that in the year

1531 – Henry VIII of England is recognized as supreme head of the Church of England?
      • To speculate a bit more, February 11 is now the Feast of the Apparition at Lourdes ie. I am the Immaculate Conception, and the exact day Henry Viii was recognized.

THE OCTAVE OF THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTIION
    OF THE MOST BLESSED VIRGIN

    Vol. 1 The Liturgical Year
    Dom Prosper Gueranger

Let us once more devoutly reverence the mystery of Mary's Immaculate Conception: Our Emmanuel loves to see His Mother honored. After all, its it not for Him and for His sake that this bright star was prepared from all eternity, and created when the happy time fixed by the divine decree came? When we honour the Immaculate Concpetion of Mary, it is really to the divine mystery of the Incarnation that we are paying our just homage. Jesus and Mary cannot be separated, for Isaias tells us that She is the branch and He the Flower."

Jesus, while hanging on the cross said "Forgive them for they know not what they do."  That is even more true now than ever.  How do people know how to be proper Catholics?  By reading a book or by an example of what they see?  Books are helpful to us who have delved into old books and found the Truth, but most people do not do that, they watch and learn.

I truly understand the frustration you feel.  Most of us who have come to tradition came in fighting and realized that we were only making it worse.  The authority has to bring back Truth and all of us laity do not have that power.

Have you taken this to the White House and asked them to make the correction?  You might be surprised at the results.

    No.

    No you don't.

It literally flew right over your head about six times.

So this will be my last attempt to set you straight on this.

The "frustration" is with those ON THIS FORUM who hold what he wrote up as a good thing - which it wasn't - it was an evil. Dom Gueranger would agree.

I have no need to "correct" him NCR already did that - the White House responded with....crickets (go figure).

I corrected those ON HERE who said it was a good, when they should have looked closer at both WHAT HE ACTUALLY SAID and WHO HE IS ( a public - NOT personal - sinner who advocates for the slaughter of innocent life by the millions).

You seem to understand nothing about defending the faith, the honor of Mary, or scandal, I think you must have voted for him...:'(

Do you feel better because you said all that about me?

Correcting someone does not require you to be vile.

My message was commenting on the fact that most people do not know better.

Did the NCR send something directly to the White House?  They at least acknowledged that mentioning the Immaculate Conception was welcoming.

If all of us sent something to the White House, would that effect change?

It was beautiful Gray, thanks for posting it! Leave the puritans to criticize, it's what they do.

I guess I just keeping hoping for more Charity.  The passages in the new testament spoke Truth, but it didn't make people feel horrible.  Maybe I am missing something.  Or the insults that were then, don't feel like insults now. 🤷‍♀️

    What was "vile"?

Telling you the truth about his post IS charity, but it seems you are to liberal-minded to see that (is that why you voted for him...)

I have nothing to apologize for to any of you on this thread who needed correction.

It is rather you all who should simply recant your support for both his HERETICAL message and the scandal you would have caused by glossing over his PUBLIC sins and crimes.

Leave the OP up so others can see what obstinacy and a total disregard for the honor of the Mother of God looks like from those who support his filth.

You won't take a correction at any stage.
Your support for a message that contained HERESY posted by a man who PUBLICLY supports the serial murder of millions of innocent lives is well noted.
Your hypocrisy makes me sick and it should sicken you as well.

You just look petty, and this is truly sad.
You are only defending yourself and your error in judgement, NOT Jesus, NOT Mary, NOT the unborn, NOT the truth, NOT charity.
    These are the facts.

So, much for my supposition that you are a "harmless little old lady" I guess.

The correct outcome of all this that you seem to be unable to grasp - is simply to say, "oh wow, I missed that where he said, "God became man when Mary gave birth to a son, Jesus"  thanks NCR!

Now, take the last word in an attempt to further justify your support of error, blasphemy, and scandal - if you must.

Just know that I am done with you on this and I won't even bother to read your reply...

The buckets.  The anger in your tone.  Not keeping it simple. Personal attacks and your opinions of people.

Telling you the truth about his post IS charity, but it seems you are to liberal-minded to see that (is that why you voted for him...)
Truth requires prudence.  It is irrelevant if I voted for him or not.  I agree that the person of Trump has done things he shouldn't, but it looks like you just want to keep complaining about Trump.  Write a letter to the White House.

    Never asked for an apology.

This post was not about his crimes.  You made it that.  If you want to discuss how awful of a sinner Trump is, then go start a new post.

The best I can do for this post is to send a letter to the White House pointing out the error they made.  It was just an error, not a nefarious plot.  Why does everything these days have to be a nefarious plot?

Leave the OP up so others can see what obstinacy and a total disregard for the honor of the Mother of God looks like from those who support his filth.
So much anger.  I understand why you are angry, but this anger will not correct the world today.

I am so done with people using virtue to say they are better than everyone else.  Thank you again for using me as a scapegoat to all of your anger on this topic.

Like the last time you said you were done with me and this topic.

The only thing I ever said about you is that your posts were vile mainly because you kept throwing up all over the place.

  • I am going to send this letter to the White House.  Here is the address it needs to be sent to.

    comments@whitehouse.gov

Here is a draft of my letter, please make corrections and I will send it after.  If everyone sent a letter maybe they will correct the error.  It does not hurt to try.

    To whom it may concern.

I am writing in regards to the press release.  I am very grateful for the White House writing about this, but their is a little error.

    https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefings-statements/2025/12/presidential-message-on-the-feast-of-the-immaculate-conception/

This line needs to be corrected:

"Mary’s decision forever altered the course of humanity.  Nine months later, God became man when Mary gave birth to a son, Jesus, who would go on to offer his life on the Cross for the redemption of sins and the salvation of the world."

The truth is God became man when Jesus was conceived in the womb.  Please correct.  Men are not established at birth, but at conception.  This is a Catholic doctrine.

    God bless you,

Perhaps.  I honestly just don't think he cares.  He accomplished what he wanted to with his post, curried some favor with Catholics, and he's moved on.  And I doubt that he'd make any effort to correct it, on something he'd at best consider a minor point or technicality not worth the trouble, since he'll curry no additional favor by correcting it, nor will he remember a year from now if he wishes to post about this matter again.
