I don't assume anything about you personal intentions.  The way you delivered it was what I took issue with.  ie the buckets

I never assumed that about you or anyone else who comment on this thread.

I don't think anyone on CI is trying to be malicious.  It is just an online forum and most of the time the emotions we think people are using and their intent is just wrong.

Trying to "cherry pick" good may help you maintain a healthy balance - good for you.

Not focusing on evil I have no control over.  We don't have any power in the government.

I think it is to syncratically mix with error and thus slowly become liberal-minded.

Everyone and everything is a mixture of good and evil from the minute humans were kicked out of the garden.  Except for God and His Truths.  The Catholic Church teaches us God's Truth and currently that is shambles with only a few remnant that know how to practice the Faith.

Sure there is good in everyone.

There is good, truth, and beauty all around us.

God is good. His Truth is always shining forth.

But evil is also real, and needs to be denounced, not glossed over, ignored, defended, or patronized. That is the way of Vatican II and you can clearly see where that has lead.

The Spiritual life teaches us to ignore evil.  The more attention you give to evil the more power you give it.  Modernism gets a foothold in indifferentism.  People don't care what God wants.  Do what God wants. Always be focused on God and His Truth and Beauty and people may be in awe and want to understand.  Most people do not convert because you give them "vinegar"  They convert because they see noble courage.  Or some other virtue practiced well.

Don't aid Trump in spreading more lies.

I know that is not your intention.

Yeah ... if someone like Netanyahu or Jeffrey Epstein said something positive about Our Lady, I would not want them even putting Our Lady's name on their filthy lips, kind of like when Will Smith went off during the Oscars (though that was all staged) ...

"Keep my wife's name out of your ***** mouth."

Similarly, if some deviant praised Our Lady, I'd be inclined to say ... "Keep Our Lady's name out of your perverted mouth."
