  • “Only a handful of public universities initially said they would mandate the ναccιnє but by late April, this started to change as several big universities, following the decision of University of California and California State University to require students to be ναccιnαted for the fall semester.
Other Catholic universities with fall CÖVÌD-19 ναccιnє requirements include Georgetown University in Washington, Assumption University and Holy Cross College in Worcester, Massachusetts, Boston College, Chicago’s DePaul University and Loyola University Chicago, Seattle University, St Mary’s University in Notre Dame, Indiana as well as the University of Notre Dame, Trinity Washington University, the University of San Diego and Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York.
St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, was one of the first colleges to announce in late March that it was requiring students and faculty to be ναccιnαted for CÖVÌD-19.“
sơdơmy, abortion, sɛҳuąƖ promiscuity, pro murder of babies, atheism, ƈσmmυɳιsm, divorce, and now the mandated dєαdlу jab along with the satanic summit from Rome. Who runs Catholic colleges? Mostly sơdơmites.   “ All the evil in the world is because of lukewarm Catholics.  St Pius V

  • Wow. Now you not only lose your soul at university but get Bell's palsy and become infertile too!

You are right. They need to remove “Catholic” from their names.  But they once were Catholic.

  • If they keep the "catholic banner", that means the Bishops back it!  Hospitals also call themselves catholic, also means Bishop backs it.

Here in Phoenix, AZ St. Josephs hospital(His  feast to day), is not catholic.  You can get on line and review the handbook of services.  Well, at least I did some years ago and under the bishop of Phoenix dioceses knows what the services include besides sterilization and contraception, was a page or 2 discussing how to apply for abortion.

    Check your dioceses.

  • As part of the Chastisement, here we see the physical purging of the American Catholic college system.

Almost all those vaxed students will die premature deaths.

It's sad it had to happen this way.  Catholic Universities willfully bastardized the Faith and put materialism ahead of everything else.

They wouldn't listen... they could not discern.

"Some preachers will keep silence about the truth, and others will trample it underfoot and deny it. Sanctity of life will be held in derision even by those who outwardly profess it, for in those days Our Lord Jesus Christ will send them not a true Pastor but a destroyer."  St. Francis of Assisi

  • They can't legally mandate it.

They word the headlines to make people think they can (President Bıdɛn is "considering" making it mandatory...they are planning to...they might...) but it's not legal because it is not FDA approved.

So people just comply under false pretenses.

Just like the fake Governors' "mandates" which aren't in any way a legal imposition on the citizens of their state since they are not emperors and don't have that jurisdiction.  They don't make laws.

A free country requires an educated populace and the guts to take a stand against tyranny.

People in the US aren't taking the time to educate themselves with the facts about the actual law and even if they learn the facts they aren't taking a stand against the real lawbreakers (shops, schools, employers, churches). :/

Most people who are aware just share "shocking" videos like the one Marshall Taylor posted of the pregnant mom getting thrown out of her parish.  This only causes more learned helplessness.

He has a very large following and since it's been a year now he should have used his "microphone" to educate his followers about how the laws is on their side so they can stand up to this tyranny.

Instead he promoted the wringing of hands and shaking of heads as the sheeple continue to bow to lawbreakers.  Shame on him.  ::sigh::

Anyway, more on the law here...see the bolded area about employers (that would go for schools too) trying to mandate it...

Keep in mind moving forward there is also the American's with disabilities act and most people have a contraindication they can claim to avoid taking it as well as religious exemptions (although Conneticut just did away with that).

From Pamela Popper's email letter.  Sign up at makeamericansfreeagian.com

I have good and bad news about the potential for employer mandates for CÖVÌD ναccιnєs.  First, the bad news. Some healthcare institutions are requiring a CÖVÌD ναccιnє. Many, if not most of them have required flu ναccιnєs in previous years. At this time, according to the CDC, 24 states require that healthcare workers in long-term care facilities receive a flu ναccιnє,[2] and 32 states required that patients in these facilities get a flu ναccιnє. While some employees have managed to get exemptions approved in the past, this may be much more difficult due to the hysteria generated by the declaration of the fake pandemic emergency.

There is better news – at least for now – for non-healthcare workers. The two ναccιnєs currently available in the U.S. were approved under Emergency Use Authorization and are considered investigational. They are not fully licensed. Both states and private businesses cannot mandate that anyone receive a product that is not fully licensed by the FDA.

According to 21 U.S. Code § 360bbb–3 - Authorization for medical products for use in emergencies, people must be informed of the following:

              (I) that the Secretary [of Health and Human Services] has authorized the emergency use of the product;

(II) of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and

(III) of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.[3]

According to the FDA, federal law prevails:
"FDA believes that the terms and conditions of an EUA issued under section 564 preempt state or local law, both legislative requirements and common-law duties, that impose different or additional requirements on the medical product for which the EUA was issued in the context of the emergency declared under section 564 … In an emergency, it is critical that the conditions that are part of the EUA or an order or waiver issued pursuant to section 564A — those that FDA has determined to be necessary or appropriate to protect the public health—be strictly followed, and that no additional conditions be imposed."[4]

The executive secretary of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), a committee of the Centers for Disease Control, confirmed this during a meeting in August 2020:
"I just wanted to add that, just wanted to remind everybody, that under an Emergency Use Authorization, an EUA, ναccιnєs are not allowed to be mandatory. So, early in this vaccination phase, individuals will have to be consented and they won’t be able to be mandated."[5]

This does not mean that some employers won’t try to mandate CÖVÌD ναccιnєs for their employees. But they will face several problems. An interesting legal precedent is Doe#1 v Rumsfeld, in which the court ruled that a ναccιnє approved under an EUA could not be mandated even for military personnel.[6]

Employee backlash and the potential for losing qualified long-term employees who may be difficult to replace may be an issue. Some employees might sue and file for temporary injunction, which could result in lengthy and expensive litigation.

Liability is another issue. We’ve been advising employers for years about the potential liability associated with offering incentives to employees such as discounts on health insurance co-pays in return for agreeing to medical intervention. For example, a woman agrees to have a mammogram in order to save $50 per month on her co -pay for employer-sponsored insurance. She is diagnosed with ductal carcinoma in situ as a result of the mammogram. DCIS is not cancer; but her uninformed doctor advises her to have surgery and radiation. If she later finds out that she was over-diagnosed and overtreated, she might sue her employer for coercing her to have a mammogram. A firm mandate – for example a CÖVÌD-19 ναccιnє - as a condition of employment may increase the potential liability even more. It is almost inevitable that trial lawyers will be willing and ready to take these cases and sue for damages if employees are injured by CÖVÌD-19 ναccιnєs. Employers can lose even if they ultimately win due to the cost of litigation, and presentation of the ναccιnє Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) data concerning CÖVÌD ναccιnєs to an employer considering mandates may be all that is required to change his/her mind.

Last but not least, more and more lawsuits alleging that there was and is no pandemic/emergency are being filed. Some of these cases have already succeeded in other countries (detailed analysis of these cases will be provided in a future newsletter). If there is no pandemic and there is no emergency, then there is no justification for an emergency use authorization, and the government would have to rescind the EUAs. Then the CÖVÌD-19 ναccιnєs would be subjected to more normal licensing procedures. It is almost certain that the ναccιnєs would be approved – almost 96% of submissions to FDA from drug companies are approved. But without the constant false CÖVÌD hysteria, it would be difficult to force thinking people to get these ναccιnєs.

  • More on this.

Let's stop wringing our hands and actually do something guys! :)

    We have to take charge!

    Educate people!

Can California Universities force students to take the experimental gene therapy shot?

    NOPE!

But if the headlines say it then it must be true.

Unfortunately many will simply comply because of the headlines but the headlines lie about the law.

Peggy Hall did a good video on this and I pulled up the link to the actual California law right here:

24171. The Legislature hereby finds and declares that medical experimentation on human subjects is vital for the benefit of mankind, however such experimentation shall be undertaken with due respect to the preciousness of human life and the right of individuals to determine what is done to their own bodies.

    Abandoned
Over 80% of the people at my job have been ναccιnαted and everyone else is strongly encouraged to get the jab or ... Or has not been spelled out. I contacted my parish for advice about a religious exemption and was given a number for the archdiocese.
The person  I spoke to was so contemptuous of my query that  I was stunned. I seriously doubt that anyone will be getting back to me.
I didn't expect much. Maybe a sigh and a "Here read this brochure on exemptions," but the dripping disgust in that diocesan employees voice let me know that anybody asking for guidance from the diocese is going to be abandoned. Surely I can't be the first person in my diocese to ask about this and I fear that I may have even made a mistake in telling that nasty person my name.

Patience is a conquering virtue. The learned say that, if it not desert you, It vanquishes what force can never reach; Why answer back at every angry speech? No, learn forbearance or, I'll tell you what, You will be taught it, whether you will or not.

  • We can't expect others, especially people who have been brainwashed by an incredibly well funded 24 hour propaganda campaign, to take care of us.

We can't expect them to know the laws or the science.

We can't expect them to understand.

WE ourselves have to know the laws and the science.

WE have to take care of ourselves.

    WE have to educate them.

We have to calmly and rationally ask them if the shot stops infection or transmission. ??

Then we ask them how it makes others safe if we take it.  ??

And if it makes people safe then why do they need us to take it??

WE have to hold them accountable to the laws they are breaking.

We have to calmly and rationally ask them what the American with Disabilities act says and what HIPAA says.

NOBODY will take care of us but ourselves (with the help of the Lord if we ask Him).

We have to ask them if they are going to pay our doctor bills when we are paralyzed, seizing or sterilized.  ??

We have to assure them, not the huge company mind you...no...just that individual...the boss, the employee, the person on the phone...that we will be suing them personally for giving medical advice and practicing medicine without a license.  We will hold them accountable for any of the side effects we encounter plus our lost time at work etc. etc.

We need to help them understand that thousands of people have already died and the other stats at VAERS.

We have to be prepared with the information printed out and ready to refer to.

We have to stop spinning our wheels by just sharing info and wringing our hands and get organized and take action.

We can get legal help from Del Bigtree's ICAN organization and we can get info at thehealthyamerican.org

  • This is yet another "fruit" of the perfidious Land O' Lakes decision, which signaled the apostasy of "Catholic" university education in America. Here is a decent article that covers some of the effects of this turning point:

    https://www.catholicnewsagency.com/news/36469/bishop-conley-50-years-after-land-olakes-catholic-education-needs-renewal

Bishop Conley: 50 years after Land O'Lakes, Catholic education needs renewal

    Denver, Colo., Jul 21, 2017 / 15:05 pm America/Denver (CNA).

The 50th anniversary of a historic statement that changed Catholic higher education in America represents both a cautionary tale and a chance to reflect on Catholic renewal, said Bishop James D. Conley of Lincoln, Nebraska.

“The Land O’Lakes statement proposed to redefine the mission of the Catholic university. It rejected the authority of the Church, and of her doctrinal teaching,” Bishop Conley said. “It rejected the idea that faith and reason work best in communion with one another. It prioritized the standards and culture of secular universities over the authentic mission of Catholic education. It was a statement of self-importance, and self-assertion.”

Bishop Conley delivered his remarks July 5 in Denver to teachers and principals at the Regional Catholic Classical Schools Conference at the Institute for Catholic Liberal Education.

He said that the Land O’Lakes statement “declared that Catholic universities would become independent from the hierarchy of the Church, from any obligation to orthodoxy, and from the authentic spirituality of the Church.”

Fifty years ago, 26 Catholic university presidents and administrators gathered at the Land O’Lakes retreat center in Wisconsin for the North American summit for the International Federation of Catholic Universities. The University of Notre Dame’s influential president, Father Theodore Hesburgh, CSC, was president of the federation at the time.

The meeting aimed to help the federation develop a vision for Catholic higher education in light of the Second Vatican Council, produced a document called “Statement on the Nature of the Contemporary Catholic University,” signed July 23, 1967. Many observers consider the statement a watershed moment in Catholic education.

Bishop Conley cited historian Philip Gleason’s characterization of the statement as “a declaration of independence from the hierarchy,” then suggested it represented “the ‘non serviam’ moment of many of America’s Catholic universities.” The Latin phrase, meaning “I shall not serve,” is used by the Prophet Jeremiah to refer to the Hebrew people’s disobedience to God. The phrase is also used to characterize Satan’s rejection of God.

“Fifty years ago, a ‘declaration of independence’ in Catholic education transformed the Church,” the bishop told the Catholic educators gathered in Denver. “Today, may your humility, wonder, and dependence on the grace of God transform your schools, transform the Church, and transform hearts for Jesus Christ.”

For Bishop Conley, the 1967 statement represented a burgeoning trend of Catholics becoming prominent in public life, but doing so by playing down faith elements that were out of step with general American culture.

He focused on several principles of the statement, including its commitments to “contemporary and experimental” liturgy, favoring “creative dialogue” over “theological or philosophical imperialism,” and “true autonomy and academic freedom in the face of authority of whatever kind, lay or clerical, external to the academic community itself.”

He was critical of the statement’s presentation of Catholic universities as the Church’s “critical reflective intelligence” that could “objectively evaluate” the Church’s life and ministry in order to give “the benefit of continual counsel.”
“It seemed to bemoan the fact that Catholic universities were not asked more often how bishops should be undertaking their ministry,” he said.

The bishop suggested that secularization in the universities and colleges has “impacted every single facet of Catholic life” and secularized many Catholic elementary and high schools. This impact is found both in textbooks and teachers who have “not been trained to think or teach from the heart and wisdom of the Church.”

He cited the decline of Catholic school attendance from 5 million in the early 1960s to 2 million today, faulting factors like the decline of the Catholic university. The university, properly ordered, can also be “a training ground for dynamic and faithful Catholic educators, and as a context in which to discern and discover vocations.”

Bishops, clergy, religious and lay Catholics were formed in the wake of the statement, Bishop Conley said – himself included – resulting in “all of us doing the best we can, but regrettably, without being exposed to much of the truth, goodness, and beauty of the Church’s tradition.”

But there is still cause for hope: if dissenting universities can have a deep impact on Catholic and civic life, so can faithful schools. “The work being done to foster renewal in Catholic schools across the country will significantly impact the culture of the Church in the United States,” the bishop told the Denver gathering,

He encouraged Catholic educators to avoid several temptations and not measure Catholic universities “according to the standards of the world” or “to confuse influence, sophistication, or social acceptance with virtue and fidelity.”
