Anyone familiar with this Priest

Looking for a TLM in Alabama, the Priest I discovered is Fr. Francis Miller at St. Jude Mission in Andalusia, AL, any insight provided is greatly appreciated, thank you!

He was ordained by Vezelis in 1985 according to the website of his church in Louisiana:

Yes, he was ordained by Bishop Vezelis. He was actually the priest present when the Vietnamese kidnapped Archbishop Thuc.

He's a very humble and gentle priest. I've been talking with him for about a year now, and was blessed to spend some time with him during the Ordinations in Omaha, and he has always been consistently kind, gentle and orthodox.
