Found it on the Angelus website, but the page can't be found through a normal path, but through the search.

I am also looking for his Collected Works Vol II

Don't know if this helps...but it's not much money. What does Vol. II look like? The newer the Editions from Angelus et al not really recommended, I agree. Sspx.asia was already twisting the comments made by +L ,in 2013. "The Recusant" printed a sample of that misinformation. Re: Vat II, +Lefebvre: 'Vatican is the source of confusion etc.' ..Sspx.asia commenting on this attitude: 'Vat. II will finally resolve everything'!! Can't find the reference now.

The book is excellent. It actually starts in 1948. I would post a summary of just the first letter, January 25th 1948 because it is a perfect sermon for our day, but condensing it would do it an injustice. I bought mine from Angelus Press, but if they have any left, the marianland link above has it for much cheaper.
