A somewhat prominent Catholic painter recently unveiled a painting of the martyrdom of St. Simon of Trent and he was immediately condemned as an antisemite by most professional Catholics who noticed, though Dr. Jones defended the artist. I wouldn't say it was a beautiful painting as it depicted mostly ugly Jєωs looking ugly, along with the beautiful baby Simon, but it looked like it was skillfully done. Maybe you could find a copy of that painting. But I do not think the reason it is hard to find devotional items of St Simon is that his cult was suppressed, otherwise St Philomena devotions would not be so popular. I think it was because he was martyred by Jєωs and devotion to him is seen as antisemitic unlike the devotion to St. Philomena.
