By Rosmarie Scott.

I don't know if this is what you are looking for, here is the first sentence of the intro:

Even if you do not have struggles I still recommend it. It is rich in scripture, history, and practice of Catholicism.

This book is traditional based, all scripture is quoted from the Confraternity Douay Rheims Version.

I got mine from Amazon.
Not downloadable though as far as I know.
