Does the Canadian District Superior spend much time in Canada?

I understand he spent all last year at this school.
And yes he resides in Quebec

I had a gut sense things were bad, but unfortunately not surprised they are worse. :-X

Don’t get me started. All I will say is once the government touches anything traditional RUN run as fast and as far as you can go.
