Seems pretty simple to me. Just do the exercises in private, not at the gym.

If you think something is immodest then do it the stretches/exercise in private..
Right, but from what I have read modesty is a virtue not only for our neighbour but for ourselves.

I'll admit I've heard this before, but it's still ridiculous. It's giving puritan vibes. The idea that you can turn yourself on or tempt yourself (with your own body) while bathing, etc. is ridiculous. Even others of the same sex are 0% tempting to me.

Look at it like doing personal care/bathing/changing clothes: it's done for hygiene, so keep it brief, quick, and simple.

Same for exercises.  No need to be scrupulous if done in private: keep it business-like and be done.

Beware of Puritanism, people. It's bad for your soul.

Just do it alone or just among other ladies.

Live without scruples.
